Hi today I came into the store and ordered my usual coffee tall coffee in a Grande cup with an add shot the cashier never made eye contact made my drink wrong and handed me a tall coffee. I ask if that was mine?? She said yes and I told her that was not what I ordered. Then asked if she could remake it after she tossed old coffee from a coffee thermos in the grande. I was helped by the most patient, courteous, and handsome young read-headed barista! He was able to quickly and efficiently make the most delicious drinks for me and my party of 6 despite our order being complicated. Other than that the location and atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable, I WILL be back again for more!

The location inside family fare is a nice area to sit and enjoy coffee. However, the setting is very busy with hard-to-find parking since it is in the prime downtown area, making it more of a walk-to location. A small coffee was considered highway robbery at $6. Other than that, the location is clean and offers fresh air in the beautiful Burlingame Bay Area.
