I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to adjust sweetness & ice, and dairy option available. Their drinks are crafted drinks and mine has many layered to it. I like that they used the matcha as a foam/topper. This is my new fave place. Too bad we don't have one in the area. @ Tong Sui - please open one in Livermore/Tracy/Brentwood area. “I love this coffee shop down! I usually frequent this place for the Vietnamese coffee but today I decided to try a sandwich as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and amount of filling in the sandwich. Service is always 10/10, I forgot to order cold foam on my drink and he remade it for me free of charge. The Vietnamese coffee with salted cream cold foam is a must! I spent around $22 for a sandwich and a small Vietnamese coffee.“

“We love Burmese food. For years, if we wanted Burmese food, we would have to drive at least 30-40 min to SF or South Bay, so having Burma Spice in our neighborhood is a dream come true!

Burma Spice hosted our daughter's high school graduation luncheon on May 23rd and we couldn't have been happier! We had about 30 guests in a separate area in the back of the restaurant. Kham and Raymond were so nice and helpful in planning the menu for our gathering.

Everything was served family style. We ordered
- Tea Leaf Salad- the perfect ratio of fermented tea leaves and ingrediants.
- Samosas- light, crispy, and so flavorful
- Nan Gyi Thoke- the noodles were perfectly cooked, not mushy, and the curry was creamy and delightful.
- Basil Lemongrass Chicken- fresh basil, and lemongrass really made this dish a popular topic.
- Pumpkin Veggie- Nice ratio of pumpkin and other veggies, very hearty.
- Kebat Lamb- savory, packed full of rich spices, the onions add so much texture and flavor as well.
- Jasmine Rice

Plus plenty of yummy tropical cocktails for the adults.

They set up a little table for the cake, and some graduation items that we brought. They really went out of their way to make our celebration comfortable.

Everything was in generous portions, fresh and expertly prepared. My guests raved about the food and service. Some of my guests had never tried Burmese food before and now in their meal rotation.

We didn't realize that we had stretched into their rest period between lunch and dinner because they were so gracious about not rushing us.

I highly recommend Burma Spice in Redwood City for any meal or occasion. The restaurant is such a gem in our neighborhood and the service is friendly.“

“Neighborhood spot for a burger. I ordered a double smashburger, chili fries and lemonade for $29. The patties are nice and thin and the burger is cheesy although the onions were not caramelised. I’m also not a fan of the bun they use and for the price hope they upgrade to higher quality bread. The fries were probably frozen and refried which is okay. This spot is a solid greasy spoon so if you’re looking to satisfy that craving go to Woodside Roadhouse. Good service when dining inside.“

“I feel like it’s currently 3 stars but the potential is 4 stars beacause it’s a new cafe the crossaunt wasn’t fully warmed up and the “chai” was just cinnamon milk but can be easily fixed by having real chai and you can easily cook the croissant more and then you can tell it’s not a large selection of smoothie s just mango and strawberry and the asthetics is all made by ai and they have a swing you can’t swing on but comfy chairs“

“You never go wrong with Happy Lemon for boba. The location is in the heart of Redwood city. The parking is a bit hard, then you walk to the strip mall to get to the shop. The staff was friendly. My friend accidentally ordered the wrong item, and staff were happy to fix it. The shop is small with few tables, but it’s very neat and clean“

Both were so delicious. My husband inhaled his brisket sandwich and my son surprisingly finished his chicken tacos. “The beef tongue was absolutely delicious! We ordered two servings, but the second one wasn’t as good as the first—it was a bit tougher.

The ramen and the beef rice bowl were both very tasty as well. However, the beef was a little too rare and had a strong bloody taste. We hope it can be cooked a bit more next time.
