Philz Coffee is a top-notch spot with a great location and friendly staff. The coffee is good, and the atmosphere is comfortable. This Downtown Redwood City location is a Bay Area staple with great coffees and drinks, excellent for meetings and work space, offering a good internet connection and lots of tables. Customers can adjust sweetness levels. However, some drawbacks include frequently late online orders and the fact that the coffee shop does not accept cash. Despite these issues, the staff is accommodating and the slower pace contributes to a better overall product.
