“In July of this year we celebrated our 60 th wedding anniversary by booking their side room.for a dinner party. Carlos , manager , was so helpful in planning menu and each guests could order thatvnite with everyone menu. We had choice of 2 salads, 5 entrees and 2 desserts. Our guests all raved about food and service. There was a table with appetizers for guests as they arrived and presented so nicely. Couldn’t have been happier and we were not charged for the room which several other places wanted to charge for just room. My daughter in law was able to go over that Saturday morning to decorate and put all flower arrangements in the tables. It looked amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the evening. Good service the best ‘“

“Lovely staff in a non-stuffy little restaurant. We ate outside, in front off the street. The tasting menu was excellent - inventive, delicious. The food came a bit fast, but as soon as I asked them to slow it down, pacing was excellent. Highly recommend. I would go back for that short rib yakiniku, the crispy pork belly, the char grilled sugar snap peas, and the bread!“

“First time here - my friend and I met in the area and decided to enter out of whim (we drove in 2hrs+ and Redwood is our meeting place). I had Matcha Hojicha latte and it's GOOD!! I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to adjust sweetness & ice, and dairy option available. Their drinks are crafted drinks and mine has many layered to it. I like that they used the matcha as a foam/topper. This is my new fave place. Too bad we don't have one in the area. @ Tong Sui - please open one in Livermore/Tracy/Brentwood area. This place doesn't accept cash but has online order and store pick up or use their kiosk. Tap pay or swipe are available here as well.“

“Curry puffs were good, crisp and very nice sauce. Thai iced tea on the less sweet side with very cute bear ice on top. Pad thai had some slightly undercooked noodles, not enough peanuts for texture, and what I think was tofu that was textured extremely dry.“

Less hype than some of the nearby restaurants with much better food, for a much better price, with much better service. We're already looking forward to our next visit.“

The A5 Japanese Wagyu Ribeye was perfectly marbled and melted effortlessly, while the Crab and Caviar delivered a luxurious balance of brine and sweetness. The lobster toast was crisp, buttery, and indulgent, and the Black Bass—flawless in execution—was the best I’ve encountered. The Ricotta Dumplings , delicate yet deeply flavorful, rounded out an unforgettable meal. The shigoku oysters with whipped ponzu were indescribably fresh and flavorful. The sunflower Caesar, with its preserved tomato jam, was a unique and unforgettable twist on a classic. “If you’re trying their signature Miso Caramel Latte, may I recommend going with the iced latte option? While the hot latte is still good, the umami-ness of miso and the contrast of the flavors is much more pronounced in the iced latte version.“

“Eating lunch here right now with the family on a weekend. The service is very friendly and speedy. The space is also very clean and open. The place is kind of tucked away in office buildings but there was still a good amount of people here on a weekend. The kids loved the pond area outside to run around and look at the ducks. The food is also very good. Lots of light and heartier options. We got masubis, loco moco and bibimbop bowls along with some drinks. We’ll definitely be back especially since the kids love it here.“

“I've been wanting to go to this place for a while now. Everytime I search for a place with best coffee near my work, this always pops up. I finally had the pleasure of going here, and it wasn't too busy.
The person who took my order was super nice and helpful in narrowing down items to try. Everything here is made to order, so they do recommend using the app. Especially if you are in a hurry.
I ordered:

1. Vietnamese coffee with salted cream: Surprisingly, this was a little sweet to me. I do recommend sipping it, instead of drinking it through a straw to get the full flavor.

2. Croffle w/ nutella: This was crispy and chewy. The nutella gave it a messy yumminess

3. Egg, cheese, and bacon croissant: This was delicious and surprisingly it didn't have that greasy oily feeling. It is very hearty.

4. Perfect green smoothie: My co-worker loved this and found it very delicious. Perfect balance of all the items.

I look forward to coming back soon and will pre-order next time.“

The cesar salad was dressed to perfection served on a chilled plate w/shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.. Delish! My short rib ravioli special was exactly what I was hoping for. Hand made in house pasta baked to perfection. My wife had the sacchettto vegi pasta pocket stuffed w/vegis . The red sauce had tremendous flavor... and perfect to mop up with the bread. 🤪... “I have had at least a half dozen meals at the Sundeck in the last month. The location is very convenient to the 3000 Sand Hill Office complex, as well as the Sand Hill Circle Residential condos. You can sit indoors or outdoors and have a beautiful view of the Woodside Hills. For breakfast I particularly recommend the egg white omelette and their delicious scones. They also make an excellent latte. Their takeout counter is also excellent. Tables are set up for between two and eight persons, and there has always been plenty of room.“

Good prices, very good quality ingredients, and we were very pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed our lunch - hot and sour soup, pot stickers, dumplings, and beef soup noodle (which was brisket and excellent). Really nice server too. We will be back.“
