“We've known this restaurant for over ten years, and we go there regularly with great pleasure. The real highlight is the decor, of course, with an incredibly interesting and even historical collection from the region! This bric-a-brac is a delight every time, especially for the children.
And the service is really friendly and fantastic!“

“We have been here several times now. It is a cozy and relaxed restaurant. The menu is somewhat limited however everything we have tried has been delicious. The staff are very pleasant. We will be back.“

Every dish (we had 13 and shared them all) was distinct and a hit - no misses, from the milk bread to the grilled snap peas to the sesame fritters topped with smoked trout cream to the crispy pork belly to the meaty fat asparagus spears over a bit of flavorful rice porridge to the strawberry soft serve under a layer of delicious foam and over a layer of delicious gel. I could go on. It’s a super-comfortable atmosphere with friendly, professional, accommodating staff. For the number of dishes we ordered and their complexity, the price was reasonable. The only question is, why doesn’t this restaurant have any Michelin stars yet?“

“We had an absolutely lovely experience here! Came for my boyfriend’s birthday, everyone was friendly and attentive. Fantastic high end ambience. The food was almost too beautiful to eat and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. One of our guests said it was the best spaghetti he had ever had! The mushroom risotto was perfection. I had the Chilean sea bass and WOW! The salmon was also amazing. The other two guests had roasted chicken and hangar steak… I didn’t get to try them but they looked amazing and everyone cleaned their plate even though we were full lol! We will absolutely be back. “Food was delish. Only issue was bones in my halibut. Beverage Service & table busing slow at times. Had to ask a couple of times for refills. One refill was poured into the wrong glass so soda and ice tea got mixed up but it was corrected. Avocado tempura appetizer was amazing. Desserts were delicious also crème brûlée and chocolate decadent cake. Hubby filet perfect, pizza large. Will definitely go back.“

“Redwood Café by Chef Julien is a fantastic addition to Palo Alto. The food is fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor—simple ingredients done exceptionally well. The croissant sandwich was flaky and delicious, and you can truly taste the quality.

“We come to this restaurant regularly and it never disappoints. We were there again for Thanksgiving with a group of friends, and it was perfect as always. They offered their regular menu along with a Thanksgiving special. The turkey was outstanding: perfectly cooked, flavorful, and incredibly moist.
Everything here is consistently delicious, with a great range of options, and the prices remain very reasonable (which has become rare these days!). The food, the atmosphere, the service and the reliability keep us coming back. Highly recommend!“

“The food was delicious and was generously portioned. I ordered the Yahoo!! which is an open-face Mexican-style omelette. The omelette included broccoli and celery which were unique but tasty omelette toppings. The celery was cut into very small pieces so it wasn’t overwhelming.

The service was quick and attentive. We were also seated right away for brunch on a Saturday at around 11am.

There were so many good-looking options on the menu that everyone in our party had trouble deciding what to order. 😂 We will definitely be back to try more of their dishes!“

“I go here almost every time I visit Mariners Point. Great food at a good price. My friends and I really like the taquitos, smash burger, chicken strips, and the tater tots. I like spicy food so I always ask for jalapeños on my burger and they put some really good fresh ones. Stop by the bar inside for a draft beer and you have the perfect way to end a day of golfing.“

One app didn't come out correctly and they comped it immediately. The choices were to sit at the bar or a table in the breakfast area, and we sat at a table. “The burrito was okay. The good is the size — it’s pretty big. The bad part is the taste for me. The chicken had too much BBQ sauce and wasn’t fresh I think. I didn’t finish it because it was very mid. Nachos were good. I think if you are in between choices at that place, get something but burrito because my colleagues got other food and liked it more.“
