“This has become my husband and my go-to place for a quick, delicious breakfast. I usually get a skillet - every one I've tried comes out piping hot and packed with flavor - and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Unlike many other places, their orange juice is actually real freshly squeezed juice! Service is lightning fast, even when the place is packed.“
“Drinks were strong and delicious. Bartender was attentive and helpful. I got a half order of Caesar salad which was surprisingly delicious. Got a pecan Old Fashioned which was good, but on the sweet side. Then got an Oban 14 year scotch. Definitely was on the pricier side. But very convenient.“
“We happened across Stein's, as a late lunch or early dinner. The fruity beer flight was good--I want to try the dark flight next time---and it is a well-spaced restaurant with nice high ceiling, we had the slider flight--also really good and our favorite was the beef slider with peanut butter and bacon. The wings were great--skin very crispy--with house made sauces on the side (our favorite was the sweet and sour). Our server was awesome.“
“A delicious variety of Mexican classics. We had a selection of tacos (lengua, al pastor, and quesabirria) and the mixed fajita plate. All the meat was cooked perfectly. The chips and salsa are also good and come with a (tasty though mild) pureed salsa and a pico de gallo. Note: no alcohol sales.“
“Got together with an old friend here. Not many customers on a Thursday afternoon, but we enjoyed chatting at the bar with a couple of regulars and our bartender, Rose, as well as each other, then sitting outside on the small patio in the warm sun and watching the foot traffic.I rated the food 5 stars, but by that I really mean the beer selection! (mine was an Original Pattern IPA)“
“My husband and I visited Shoreline Lake for a quick bike ride the other weekend, and I was surprised at home much there is to do in the area! Shoreline Lake seems like a great date or lunch spot, where you can go on a hike or do an activity, and then have a snack. There was free parking in front of the restaurant, and from there we were able to unload and explore the many trails around the lake. There's seating at the restaurant both inside and outside, and picnic tables near the restaurant if you bring your own food. The restaurant also had lockers and lake equipment rentals. For lunch, I had a chicken sandwich. The baguette was nice and the homemade chips were excellent. The flavors on the sandwich were just ok for me, so I would try the veggie burger next time. My husband had the breakfast sandwich, but my favorite part of the meal was the granola he got with it! Service was a little bit slow and there's not a ton of variety in the options, but the quality is good for the price. We will be back for a date another time. It also seems like a nice place to take family or out of town friends.“
“We were welcomed immediately as we opened the door and then promptly seated in the middle of the restaurant. The service was attentive but not hovering. We ordered the corned beef hash and almond encrusted brioche French toast. It was all very good, but the star was the biscuit that came as an option with the corned beef. It was crispy on the outside and fluffy and warm on the inside and a must have!“
“I was there only for an afternoon of music and a drink. The entertainment was great, the people were very nice, and the service was really good. Prices are very reasonable. You also have a nice view of the golf course.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking right near the entrance, no stairs.“
“Our server JC was a standout. Even though he was the only one working the whole restaurant, he checked in frequently and had such a great attitude and enthusiasm. The rest of the staff also were eager to please. Brussel sprouts were delicious (if a little too sweet) and the burger was quite good. Good in between of nicer and casual kind of place as a hotel lobby restaurant.“
“Went for LunchFood - 4/5. Sourdough had good bite to them with nice ratio of crust to crumb. French dip had tender meat with extra umami added by the cheese and spread. Au jus had good beef flavor with just the right amount of saltiness. Mac & cheese was OK. Macaroni was on the softer side and the cheese sauce was very one note. The heavy flavor got overwhelming quickly and needed a stronger palate cleanser than the side of bread.Service - 4/5. Friendly service and food came out promptly.Value - 3/5. Prices are on the higher side with the french dip being $13 and a small mac & cheese $5.25. The prices themselves aren't extravagant given the area, but the portion sizes leaves much to be desired. Every item is a la carte and can add up quickly to make a full meal.Parking - Mall Lot (Free)“
“I had breakfast here. It was fine, but expensive for an omelet and a cup of tea. At the price (nearly $40 all in) I would have expected something more "wow". I've had tastier meals at places with worse atmospheres and more reasonable prices.“
