“Amazing place, such a quirky and original establishment.
Food was fantastic as well, the service was amazing. Every employee was so pleasant. Especially once they discovered we were from another state.
Each piece of art had its own story. (Which had a book to explain each piece)

“The food is amazing and the variety of cars and motorcycles in the lot is mind blowing, but we all know that.
What keeps me coming back is the people and the owners - Andy (co-owner) is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet.
I parked at Alice’s for breakfast and discovered my car was leaking fuel. Andy came out and put litter on it to soak it up, then called AAA for me since I didn’t have cell service.
He checked on it constantly, helped get the car on the tow truck and made sure all was good. He didn’t have to do any of that - that’s just a great human.
I’ve been coming to Alice’s for more than a decade and as long as Andy and Jamie own it I’ll be there as often as I can. 🫡“

I went all the way across the country for an accompanied business trip and was told I could not come to Palo Alto California and not stop in to Ramen Nagi. “In July of this year we celebrated our 60 th wedding anniversary by booking their side room.for a dinner party. Carlos , manager , was so helpful in planning menu and each guests could order thatvnite with everyone menu. We had choice of 2 salads, 5 entrees and 2 desserts. Our guests all raved about food and service. There was a table with appetizers for guests as they arrived and presented so nicely. Couldn’t have been happier and we were not charged for the room which several other places wanted to charge for just room. My daughter in law was able to go over that Saturday morning to decorate and put all flower arrangements in the tables. It looked amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the evening. We ordered across the menu — the yiouvetsi (slow-cooked goat with orzo and artichoke hearts), a whole grilled fish with horta, lamb chops, and the lamb souvlaki — and there wasn't a weak dish on the table. Finished with the galaktoboureko for dessert, which turned out to be exactly the right call.
Proper Greek cooking, no shortcuts. I'd happily go back.“

“I found this bakery when I was looking for a place to purchase alfajores and I was so happy to have found it! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my first visit was nothing but a very nice experience. Two young men behind the counter seemed really friendly and helpful. The other customers in the store at the time seemed very happy. I came for alfajores today, but I will definitely go back for more alfajores and other goodies!“

“Food was standard American Thai fare. The pad thai was average, although my party enjoyed the spicy eggplant stir fry dish. Everything is pretty okay, and decent enough if you're in the mood for Thai food. I will say it was nice that entrees were $14-15. Pretty affordable meal.

We came on a Sunday afternoon (2pm) on a holiday weekend. We had to sign up on the waitlist, and it was about a 20minute wait until we got a text saying our table was ready. Staff was nice, although never refilled our waters.

The interior gives a casual vibe. The space isn't very big, and all tables were completely filled at all times. Noise volume inside was moderate. Can still hear your tablemates without raising your voice too much, but it wasn't quiet in there by any mean.s There's tv screens, one of which was broadcasting the news channel.“

“Sultana has been a great restaurant since its innception in 2006. Went there often when i had offices in Palo Alto. Now go when I'm in town. Service always friendly and impecable. Food is exquisite. Manti, Levrek, prawns Tiziki sp?, kabobs, baklava theres anither turkish dessert i cant recall the name - everything is mouth wateringly good. Atmosphere - outside with small fountain adds to ambiance. Inside tasteful without pretention.“

“I ate at Pazzo on Wednesday and had a great experience. The restaurant is take out only. I ordered at the restaurant instead of on the phone. The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The order took about 20 minutes and we had a drink outside while waiting. I HIGHLY recommend the shrimp and grits. Over anything else on the menu! And I was told the gnocchi was amazing too iAnd of course the pizza is awesome!“

Dal Makhani deserves special mention. Cooked to perfection but why would they put sugar in it😏 my only reason for a 4. malai kofta and lachha parantha were great. I would recommend this place for a wholesome family meal.

The cesar salad was dressed to perfection served on a chilled plate w/shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.. Delish! My short rib ravioli special was exactly what I was hoping for. Hand made in house pasta baked to perfection. My wife had the sacchettto vegi pasta pocket stuffed w/vegis . The red sauce had tremendous flavor... and perfect to mop up with the bread. 🤪...
