“Good tea and snacks, but I'd stay away from the popcorn chicken. I've been coming here for a couple years or so now and the drinks have always been good. I also recommend the egg puffs and fried tofu, but not the popcorn chicken because one time it came undercooked.Also I've noticed milk tea in general is very sweet so the best option imo is 30-50% sugarVegetarian options: All the tea options are vegetarian (not all are vegan) and a lot of the snacks are vegetarianKid-friendliness: Nothing much to say other than there's nothing that isn't kid friendly in the establishmentParking: Good amount of parking spots in front of t4, Safeway, and the other nearby buildings“
“Frozos has quickly become our favorite local fro-yo spot in Santa Clara, and I only wish we had discovered it sooner. They offer an impressive variety of toppings, far surpassing other yogurt places in the area. The cookie dough is my personal highlight; it's the fresh and delicious kind. Additionally, the cake batter fro-yo is my all-time favorite. The staff at Frozos are exceptionally kind and helpful. On one occasion, when I forgot to buy milk during my grocery run, they graciously allowed me to purchase a jug right from their store. Their kindness really sets them apart. While I haven't tried their bubble tea yet, it's definitely next on my list!“
“What a delightful surprise. I’m an admitted milk tea addict and up till now had a favorite spot I’d come to on a regular basis. This is my new favorite spot now. The drinks are delicious and the experience is not only tasty, but so much fun with the little surprises and decorative cups they serve their beverages in. “Stopped by Sunday afternoon to check this place out and took advantage of their buy 5 get 1 free deal because I like to get two drinks for myself! Great ambiance, decor, and music. Love the mirror in front of the flower wall to make sure you look on point! The drinks we ordered were the strawberry matcha latte, butterfly lemonade, Thai milk tea, peach green tea and a basic jasmine tea. Jasmine was very simple with no sweetener. I like that. The milk used in most of their drinks are lactose free friendly, so you know what won't happen The peach green tea was sweet but still good. If you like a tarty lemonade, the butterfly lemonade is perfect for you. My bf and his son loves it. The strawberry matcha was delicious the matcha was not overpowering and had the perfect amount of strawberry flavor in it. The Thai milk tea was sweet but not too sweet. My stepson enjoyed his sweet brown sugar matcha. Soooo we popped in for six more drinks yesterday night. Only this time I changed ordered haidee's perfect matcha instead of the Thai milk tea. I wanted to try something different. Service was great and staff was friendly! Only con is the sweetness and ice level options.“
“Came here for their good variety chasen to buy and I ended up getting the chasen if suikaen! It is one of the cheapest ones in the store for $38. The person who gave me the chasen was super nice enough to explain how to wash and use it. I also got the matcha latte and the recipe is the exact same as the San Jose location, rich in matcha and creamy in dairy! It was super busy when I came here, but other than that, Izumi Matcha is by far my favorite matcha places to go to in the Bay Area!“
“I like this place. Came here with some friends and instantly thought, "This is it, one of the rumored 3rd places to hang and chill." I had a good time here one evening with friends as the vibe felt very cozy. People were having, studying, and we were boardgaming. Given the opportunity, I would come here anytime I want to hang in person with friends.You do have to make a purchase to stay here but I thought it was fine for the time I spent here.“

One in the front and one to the right, next to seating in the corner.My drink was the Mango Pomelo, and I ordered it 50% sweet and regular ice. It was exactly what I wanted it to be......mango'y!!! It was sweet, a bit tart and delicious.The only complaints there were were about the Thai tea. My friend didn't like it much, but I didn't try it for myself.This shopping center is quite busy on weekends so parking can be difficult to find close. May have to park a little farther.There are so many good food choices in this shopping center. Would suggest having some dumplings or noodles nearby, then get your tea on your way out.“
“My husband wanted Vietnamese coffee and our friend saw this new place nearby. The Vietnamese coffee was good, especially the egg cream topping. (Our friend also got this and thought the coffee could be stronger). We also got the yellow yacht (mango banana smoothie) and dragonberry fusion (fruit tea). The smoothie was a win! My son really enjoyed this. It was not too sweet and nice and creamy. The drinks were really pretty with the small ice cubes that they use. We waited outside because we had dogs, and when our drinks were done, the barista brought them to us! That was service beyond expectations that we appreciated but definitely don't expect. We would come here again to try more!“
