The mochi waffle is actually crispy and chewy.
The pandan waffle was kind of bland, but the ube cream is very delicious. The ube cream is more runny than I had imagined. Overall, a pleasant experience, but I wouldn’t get the same thing again. I was tempted to get the combo especially since adding a boba milk tea is only $1 for the combo, but i’m really glad I didn’t. The shop is takeout only and I had to walk my order back to the hotel. Wanted to try a simple pandan waffle. We ordered at the kiosk, it took a bit to find pandan without all the extras. We had to read a few signs. They don't accept cash. They request you wait outside after your order. They noted that orders can take 10-15 minutes. My friend didn't see his text that it was ready. We ate outside. It was crisp and some pandan flavor. I think I like coconut with it for a chewier waffle. It was crisp and a little dry. Fun to try.
