Popular strip mall eatery delivered decent sushi and attentive service. This is your pretty basic family sushi restaurant with plenty of tables and booths. The menu is indeed diverse. I went basic with a California roll and a shrimp tempura roll. Neither was particularly flavorful and they required extra soy sauce to brighten up. The ebi shrimp was better. The service was fine. Prompt and efficient. I would return to Satsuma to give it a second chance but I would not rush...read full review
