This location always has a line and a bit of a wait, but the tea is pretty high quality.
I like getting a strawberry matcha latte or brown sugar milk tea here. Their boba is always fresh and soft, not hard.
They sell bubble waffles. It's a bit pricey, but they're pretty good. The chocolate filled one is like a chocolate chip cookie fresh from the oven.

Amazing customer service, we need more places like tp tea. Always greeting me when I come in to always making sure I’m satisfied with my drink. There’s also handsome front workers there working the front overall experience of this place is a 10/10! I definitely enjoyed the velvet lychee as they used super strong and flavorful tea
The taste of the tea is very soothing, and the tapioca is quite nice as well.
