Love the twist of Thai to the traditional Chinese fast food. Their coconut shrimp? Huge prawns and so good! The chow mein and fried rice are pretty decent too. The mango chicken is so not your usual orange chicken. It’s got real mango vibes. If you’re into spicy stuff, definitely ask for their hot sauce and that secret chili oil. It kicks things up a notch! It's fine. I have determined their entrees average out to fine and their sides (horrible pad Thai and flavors Singapore noodles) are a waste of calories. This food court has over a dozen choices, but the "Thai" food sign always seems to trick me into thinking it's something more than alternative panda express.

I have eaten at Ruby Thai Kitchen twice. The first time was amazing and the second time was very good.
