I love sarku japan food. Located in oakridge mall on san jose. I love there chicken its cooked very fresh and very good. I also have tried the sushi rolls and my very favorite is the caliper roll . Usally there is a long line but today i got lucky and got my food within 3 minutes. Stop by and try SARKU JAPAN
Sarku Japan at Westfield Oakridge Mall pleasantly surprised me despite my initial reservations about mall restaurants. The outdoor seating area is a nice touch, providing a comfortable dining space. Upon entering, we were promptly shown to our seats, but unfortunately, the service got off to a slow start, taking over 15 minutes to bring us water, even though there was only one more table they were serving. I had the teriyaki chicken with rice and veggies. Westfield Valley Fair Mall…It was delicious and healthy (480 calories). filled me up. will make this my go to restaurant when I am at the mall!
