Really loved this place!! Their mango chicken is cooked with fresh homemade sauce and it’s even tastier than Orange Chicken from other places. The coconut shrimp is also really tasty and a great choice for kids and people who like sweetness.

I have eaten at Ruby Thai Kitchen twice. The first time was amazing and the second time was very good. I'm not sure the food was any different but I could have had a different experience because the first time I took the food home and ate it there probably while reading a book which would have been more enjoyable whereas when I ate there the second time I sat in the mall and had my lunch, and the mall is busy and noisy, so I think the food was pretty good both times but it was hard to be objective. I had the tofu with eggplant, the pad thai, and one other dish, on both visits. Everything was tasty, and the Thai iced tea was also fairly good.

Love the twist of Thai to the traditional Chinese fast food. Their coconut shrimp? Huge prawns and so good! The chow mein and fried rice are pretty decent too. The mango chicken is so not your usual orange chicken. It’s got real mango vibes. If you’re into spicy stuff, definitely ask for their hot sauce and that secret chili oil. It kicks things up a notch! Gotta try their hotpot-flavored fried fish next time!Vegetarian options: All sides vegetarian. Eggplant Tofu and Veggie rolls

Currently, feeling nauseous thinking about the few bites of fried rice in my body right now. You can immediately smell and taste the staleness of the rice. I've only heard about restaurants that "wash" their rice at the end of the day to re-cook and serve the next day. This is exactly what came to mind after my first bite! Rice was soggy and the stale smell was so off-putting, I had to toss it and forbade my kids from eating it. As an Asian having eaten rice for practically my entire life, I've never had my home-cooked rice smell or taste that stale... ever. Used to love Ruby Thai like 5 years ago... won't ever go back after today. To top it off, their payment system was set to default to an Asian language so you couldn't even understand what options you were selecting. When I mentioned I didn't understand what the machine said, they came over to change the language setting to English. Coincidence or trying to have folks choose a default tip amount to bypass the screen? I wonder...

We ordered singapore noodles, mango chicken, fried rice, fried shrimp, and black pepper chicken. We liked the shrimp, I would give it a 4. But the rest are bland. The singapore noodles lacked curry. We like the taste of the ruby thai in valley fair santa clara.

It's fine. I have determined their entrees average out to fine and their sides (horrible pad Thai and flavors Singapore noodles) are a waste of calories. This food court has over a dozen choices, but the "Thai" food sign always seems to trick me into thinking it's something more than alternative panda express.

Food is average at best. Chicken tasted very strange, texture is powdery inside a slightly crispy casing. Tofu and noodles are acceptable at this prService is ok.

Inconsistent food quality and freshness. Today I picked up some food and the two girls working there served me the old stale portions that were sitting out in the food warmer for a while having the new batch in the same tray. I guess they want to get rid of food waste, but how can you serve the customer subpar food. No, it's gross, please don't.

Feb 18 I went in dine in around 7:30, I went to the gym to work out around 12:30 am I started to get sick I have never threw up 10times in my life in one day it’s worse than pregnancy symptoms. I went to the hospital and had food poisoning…. I didn’t eat like that yesterday that was the only close to food I had eaten out side the house. It should be a crime for food poisoning it was bad. So I’ll never go up there again. Last time I had gotten them my meat tasted funny but it never made me sick

I have eaten here several times. Average food with a little expensive price. I was OK with that. But I found that they would recycle the food left in the evening and heat it for sale the next day. The noodles tasted disgusting and the fish was burnt. Don't eat here in the first round.
