Saturday evening-- super busy, took a while to get our drink but it was worth the wait-- great tea flavors and boba was perfect flavor and consistency. Despite how busy they were, The three staff working there were so diligent, polite. Awesome service. They looked like teens/young adults and they had it all under control, didn't miss a beat, and were so kind and attentive.

I pretty much only get one drink from this place, but the boba is always cooked really well and the drink tastes good.

Inside Oakridge Mall. Small yet crowded. Has some seating on the side and it's a self service kiosk then your number will be called. Left to right: Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, Strawberry Matcha Latte, TGY Family Milk Tea (includes pudding, boba, coffee jelly) Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea - good Strawberry Matcha Latte - meh, wouldn't get it again TGY Family Milk Tea - yum, would get it again!

I recently came in for my second time, and both times i was SOOOOO confused on how to use the kiosk. Nobody offered to help me. Also the manager gives me creep vibes. My best friend told me that he would'nt stop talking to her while the place was super busy.

Clean stop to hydrate myself inside the Westfield Oakridge Shopping Mall during more walking routines. Location is down the aisle a few shops from Macy's indoor exit/entrance area. Self service kiosk. Yes, very modern, updated, and clean inside. Seamless payment experience. My strawberry matcha latte was actually too sweet even at 50% sugar with ice. I usually have a better tasting cup elsewhere. Strawberry bits were very sweet and strong in taste. This place is open and not bad for a quick stop. Few tables and chairs inside. Not much in this small grab and go beverage shop. Drink was ready within 3-5 minutes of ordering. What I didn't like was that I still paid for the extra $0.10 they charged for bag even though my order was for dine-in. Most customers would pay and miss the detail on the receipt. I even tipped $0.50. Total was around $8 combined today. I think it's pricey for just an average cup of beverage. At least they have lemon tea, smoothies, and other juice options. Surprisingly, all hot beverages were out/unavailable right now. Wintertime and no hot beverages? Overall, it's still a beautiful and small stop. I don't dislike it or love it here. It's just your average Asian tea/beverage/juice place. Maybe I will try something else next time, but the extra $0.10 isn't worth it, nor is the tipping for self service. I would skip it.

This is inside Oakridge Mall. When they were newer I had to wait a really long time for my order and was almost late to a movie. Last night was a much better experience. It was a a week night so maybe that helps. Ordered using the Snackpass app. Hoping to get points for free drinks. 3Q TP Milk tea was my drink. It's a great deal and it comes with 3 toppings that I like. Boba, coffee jelly and qq noodle. $6.95 for all of that. Usually if you order that many toppings, your drink would be $8-9. I got it half sweet and it was perfect. I've never had the Qq jelly before Tp tea. I like it. It's like a chewy noodle and it doesn't have a taste. Hope they always have this drink. You can also order on the tablet in the store

TP Tea is one of my favorite milk tea places. They offer a wide range of teas, but my go-to is the tieguanyin milk tea. My husband has also gotten the strawberry milk tea which comes in a slushie consistency. I tried a sip of it and that one is great for a hot summer day! You can easily enter your order at one of the kiosks or order online and pick it up by the time you walk to the store. It's conveniently located at the center of the mall just a bit past the food court.

Tried their milk tea and totally loved it. The service here was absolutely fantastic. The staff were super helpful. Although it took about 10 minutes to get my drink, the wait was totally worth it.

This is my favorite boba chain in Taiwan and the best I've had in the Bay Area. Glad they opened up a few stores here!

TP Tea has always been a safe choice for boba as their quality is always consistent. I like that I can really taste the tea flavor from the drinks. Order was very easy and smooth as they have 3-4 self order kiosks. Most drinks include a picture which is great for me for visualization. C3. Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea: 5/5 50% was the perfect amount of sweetness. Can really taste the tea flavor. Solid drink. My drink was done in less than 5 minutes despite the large crowd during the holiday season rush! Can't wait to come back and try their other drinks!

Loved the passion fruit tea. It was like a blast of freshness. It was a little crowded and so there was some wait time but I guess it was worth it. Next time I will keep it "less sweet" instead of "regular sweet" as regular sweet was a little too sweet for me. Overall good- will definitely come back again!

When you are craving for boba and unsure where to go, TP Tea is always a safe choice. Their drinks has a consistent quality which surpass the average, elevating the boba experience to a level that keeps you coming back. They have a huge selection of tea and ingredients in their menu, which caters to every palate. The boba here has the ideal balance of chewiness that defines authentic Taiwanese boba. Bonus points for not having to wait too long to order/ get your drinks, even on the weekends.
