I am a big fan of the milk tea and honey boba here. The tea is delicious and the boba is a perfect marriage of soft and chewy. It's so addicting. When you enter the shop, you're automatically greeted by a bright warm smile by Cindy, the owner. Recently I had the pleasure of chatting with her. Good tea, local family-owned business, good price, always good service; I've been a regular for months now, for good reason. Can get a little swamped during high traffic, especially after santa teresa highschool finishes for the day, but typically doesn't have a very high wait for your order. Absolutely recommend.

I've only been a few times, but it's always been great experience. Their shop is always clean, their milk teas tastes amazing, and the staff is always so friendly. i love how customizable their drinks are when you order them. I took my friend here and she loved it as well.
