Bistro Tupaz is a hidden gem in Santa Teresa, offering French and European dishes. The bavette steak is a must-try, despite being slightly overcooked, it was tender and tasty. The cassoulet and fresh beignets were also delicious. The restaurant has a friendly service and even surprised a customer with a free raspberry pie on their birthday. For dessert, the bread pudding was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The cozy ambiance and superb service make this restaurant highly recommended for a special meal or sweet treat.
