“Bistro Tupaz was a nice surprise. It is a restaurant in a small shopping mall of Santa Teresa serving French and European dishes. I had a bavette steak you don't easily find in restaurants and it was delicious. Even if it was slightly overcooked, the meat was tender and tasty. Cassoulet was great. We had fresh beignets for dessert, a true treat with warm chocolate sauce. Friendly service, as it was my husband's birthday we also left with an extra raspberry pie at no charge. Highly recommended for good food without breaking your budget.“

“Attentive host, Ismail, saved a great table for us as traffic had us behind schedule. There was a bright, happy vibe and everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves. Jonathan served us with great care and attention. The Rosch Riesling was the perfect accompaniment to the Kraut Rouladen which was tender and delicious with unique Austrian flavors. The salmon was cooked beautifully, and our side of braised red cabbage conjured delightful memories of childhood summers spent in Europe. We could not have been more pleased with our special dinner. We plan to return soon. Kudos to the chef, and many thanks to all the wonderful staff.“
