We usually eat here and it is very good. The meat are fresh and the soup base is tasty unlike others
it's probably the best hotpot in Chinatown in 2022
The second time eating here. The soup bases are very good. Recommend beef oil spicy and pig stomach chicken. The hot pot set for two is very worthy! Exactly for two girls:

Liuyishou Hot Pot in San Jose offers a vibrant atmosphere with fast and efficient service. The restaurant serves an authentic Chinese hotpot with a fantastic variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. Customers enjoy the house special bone broth and the option to customize the spice level. The place is clean and well-organized with nice decor, and they also offer coconut and pickled broth options. The portions are quite generous for the price, and the broths are tasty. Customers have particularly enjoyed the sole fish, tofu skin, and pork/lamb combo. The mildly spicy soup base (beef butter oil) and the tomato fruit soup base are favorites. The spicy broth is very flavorful and can be quite spicy, so it's recommended to start with the lighter broths and add spice from the sauce bar. While prices can be a bit high, the overall experience and flavor make Liuyishou Hot Pot a great option for some spicy, flavorful fun in San Jose. Weekday lunch is not crowded and can be a more relaxing experience.
