I usually arrive here after 8pm on weekdays and its occupancy is about 50%. When you come during weekends, it's about 75%. The lady at the counter is very cordial and food usually takes about 10 min to come out. They're very efficient and price is reasonable. I've ordered the HK crispy noodle with seafood, wonton noodle soup, beef & eggplant over rice, and their jalapeno chicken wing is surprisingly tasty. Top cafe is now my go to restaurant for easy quick bites.
