the most elegant restaurant i've ever visited, the prices are a bit high but it's worth it 100 % i don't regret everything i spent ? the staff was very kind. i missed trying the desserts, but i'm sure i'll be back.
I’ve eaten at other 3 star Michelins, and they were great. But this was a whole other level. If the other were 3’s, this deserved a 4.David Kinch is a master. He’s in the group that includes Lionel Messi, Yo-Yo Ma. Creative and boundary pushing. You are elevated, you are witnessing something rare and special.The staff is relaxed and sincere. They make you feel comfortable and more receptive to the experience.

It makes me sad to hear Manresa will be no more, the depth of flavor in Kinch's seafood broths will haunt me forever. I can still taste them in my mind. Every single dish was the best thing I ever put in my mouth. My husband's favorite dish was the salad course, mine was the grilled mackerel, my son's was the crudo.
