All my friends have loved all the other menu items as well, and i cant stress enough how amazing and nice the owner is. “Old school pho, bun, hu tieu, cha gio (sorry no accents). Welcoming place, you are seated quickly and food brought to your satisfaction. The beef pho is a nice broth kind of a mix of Northern and Southern flavors, you can request nuc beo (beef skimmed fat) to add a richer flavor. There are also different beef cuts to choose. We like the egg roll (cha gio) comes with lettuce and mint for a great texture. My sister likes the rice dishes. Parents like the pho brought home to them and will take a couple of days to finish. Service is always kind and efficient.“

“There are enough comments about the quality of the food here (and they are all true) so I’ll focus mine on the service.

When I ate here, a homeless guy walked in and started to cause quite bit of commotion. The store staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally and made patrons feel safe.

Then I accidentally left my credit card there after I paid the cheque only to realize almost two weeks later that I didn’t know where my cc is (got it on apple wallet). I traced my purchases n realized I most likely left it here so I called the restaurant. The staff quickly confirmed and I was able to pick it up the next day. Tucked away in an unassuming plaza in San Jose, this place is small but always busy and for good reason.

This no frills spot is basically a grab and go. The service is fast and efficient but don't expect an amazing atmosphere and sit down vibes. This is not what the spot is about.

Their house made tofu is amazing. The silken tofu is sooooo silky. The fried tofu is crispy on the outside and custardy on the inside. Don't forget to grab soy milk, as well.

“I saw a this restaurant on Instagram and it was my type of food and I had to try it right away. There were so many dishes on their menu I wanted to try. I came here mostly for the sticky rice since I’ve always been a big fan of that dish. There’s no restaurant in the Bay Area that sell them, so I had to drive 40 minutes to this restaurant, but it was worth it! Everything tasted really good! I came back a second time for takeout! I have visited this location twice now. I am very picky with my pho and this has definitely impressed me. The pho is always fresh and is packed with lots of favor, I never have to adjust the flavor. Always perfect the way it comes. Service is great and the staff do check in with you are very polite when recommending new items on the menu. If you are in the area I highly recommend trying out this spot. Even if you’re not in the area make the drive out here. Definitely worth it!“

“Was craving Bahn Xeo and I happened to be in the area so I searched for what would be open at 9am. This place popped up and I was not disappointed. It’s located in a small Vietnamese food court and the ladies who took my order were very friendly, despite me not knowing any Vietnamese cause I’m Chinese. Bahn Xeo is #11 on the menu and it arrived on a tray which included a cup of hot tea and a ton of fresh veggies. The fish sauce it came with was a perfect blend of spicy and sweet. It’s cash only ($21 per order) so come prepared but there is an ATM machine if you forget. Service takes a little while (~20-25 mins) because everything is made to order and there’s only 1 cook. The steak is cooked to your preference and is absolutely scrumptious. The pate and egg are top notch too. Comes with baguette, tea, and a salad as well. Located in a food court with a bunch of other restaurants too!“

I came to Eat More Pho and was honestly blown away by how clean, bright, and welcoming the restaurant was. A lot of pho restaurants can feel a little dated, so I really appreciated how fresh and comfortable this place felt. I would definitely bring friends and family here.

We ordered the short rib pho, combination pho, chicken wings, crispy fried egg rolls, galbi rice, flan, and Vietnamese egg coffee.

My must-orders are the short rib pho with the big bone-in rib, Vietnamese egg coffee, and flan. The egg rolls were also really crispy and delicious, and the galbi rice was another favorite.

I also loved how easy the menu was to choose from. There are plenty of options, but everything feels organized based on what you’re craving.

Overall, this is definitely a place I would come back to. Great food, very clean restaurant, and a comfortable atmosphere. I can see this becoming one of my regular spots in Sunnyvale!“

-The coffee should come in double the size for the price. It's good Vietnamese coffee.
-The tamarind drink is a really weird untasty flavor with peanuts. I do not recommend it. If you buy it and you do not like it, you can't send it back. I wish they allowed me to exchange it for a coffee.

“I used to eat here 2 to 3 times a month when I used to live in San Jose. It's been 15 years since I've been back, the restaurant have been remodel since the 80's. Food still taste the same and I find that the price was very reasonable for restaurant food in San Jose. They are known for there dry noodles with a jumbo shrimp. Their stir fry courses are also good on rice or noodles.“
