I and my husband are vegetarian/eggitarian and we were looking for a Vietnamese restaurant with veg options especially Vietnamese rice noodles soup called pho (made with vegetable broth). It is called Do Chay on the menu (indicating no fish, meat, or chicken broth). The place is simple, clean, and bright. Our server was a nice and a caring person. The service was very good. We loved their healthy food that was light on stomach. The Pho was delicious. Grilled tofu was tasty eaten with thick soy sauce. They have veg egg rolls and tofu egg rolls which we plan to try next time. The presentation of food was appetizing. The portions are large. “I ordered their Bún bò Huế. It’s not as spicy as it looks but has an amazing flavor bomb. The only thing I was sad I didn’t see was the blood cubes, pork trotters/hocks that I usually enjoy in it. Other than that, the portion was generous for the price and I would definitely come back for it.

They use a 10 inch narrow baguette. Filling is ok but uneven. Buy 2 and it's still less than what you would pay for a sandwich from a deli or sandwich shop.“
