“?????Nah- this place gets a 5 star here's why. I, an avid lover of pho, have lived all over CA from the bay, to LA, to Sac. I've tried SOOOOO many pho spots- THIS PLACE IS THE TRUTH. No broth can compare. Some dude commented that the broth was off. No, Sir. Either Your tastebuds are or youre just used to mediocre broth profiles. Listen folks- i dont get paid for this but i will take the time to show some love to this Amazing pho house. Put it like this- I was born in the bay and I asked all my local vietnemese homies, maybe 17 years ago now, when my pho game was in its infancy, where to go other than their grandmas house for that quality bowl of pho and they said the Pho Pasteur. “I come here just for the mango smoothie. It’s the best mango smoothie I’ve had. I’ve gotten mango smoothies from actual boba places and it’s always too thin and watery, this place makes a thick one. Other places need to step up their smoothie game. Lord I hope these dudes never change their recipe. Also remember life is fleeting!“
“Their vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and egg rolls is pretty damn good - I'd say the best one I've found so far! The grilled pork has a nice char and very flavorful and tender! Only problem is for the price of nearly $18 dollars it is not filling. I'd expect to be full paying nearly 20 bucks for a meal. The other problem is that they are cash only so minus 1 star! And no I don't want to use their ATM machine.“
“This place consistently has great food and great service. The food tends to come out in less than 10-15 minutes after ordering, assuming it isn't packed. I always get the spring rolls and some type of beef pho. I'd come here a lot more often if I could.“
“Do you like chicken? How about pho? If so, this place is right up your alley! This seems like a newer location of a branch originally based in San Leandro (which I've never been to). It's in the same strip mall as a bunch of Asian restaurants and Marina Foods, so you have no shortage of options. However, I recommend coming here for these reasons: 1. Everything looks super new and clean! The decor, bathroom, and tables were all sparkling. I normally don't mind more cluttered hole in the wall type places but the clean interiors made me feel calm as soon as I walked in. 2. Note that they only serve chicken dishes. Which is fine, because I love chicken. I got the #1 dish which consists of steamed chicken in a big bowl of pho with all the usual toppings. It also came with a delicious ginger scallion concoction which was flavorful and generous. The chicken was piping hot and fresh, and the noodles and soup were nice complements to it. 3. Service was great! They speak both Mandarin and Cantonese so if you want to order in one of those languages, you can (of course English works too). No wait, and while the restaurant is small, like I mentioned above everything is nice and orderly so there's no chaos. Very nice environment to enjoy a warm meal in, especially on a cold day. I'm coming back to try their plethora of drinks! (What's available: Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea, soy milk, various unique sodas)“
