They make the BEST hanh phi in San Jose. We only come here for Hanh Phi. It's crispy, fragrant, not too oily and lasts for months. Now that I live in Vegas, I have to buy it in bulk to take it back with me every time I come to San Jose. We used to buy it in Vietnam, but BBT makes it so much better!
Great for gatherings and potlucks! A fresh tray can be easily ordered through the phone for pick up, or you can also swing by the plaza to make your order. It's always a hit with hosts and guests when I bring a tray over. Bánh bèo are small, steamed rice cakes topped with dried shrimp, mung bean paste, and green onion. The prices here are great!!! They sell by the tray and is Vietnamese Mom approved! Tiny little mom and pop place, but you can pop in a grab food in seconds. Heads up on parking though, it's a small lot and is a little tight.
