I've tried mi trie chau at a few different Vietnamese places in SJ but it was always underwhelming (either too bland or bad quality toppings) but the mi trieu chau here is one of my faves. What an AWESOME hole in the wall restaurant!! My dad came here with a friend recently and immediately came back to take the family. Ever since then, it's been our go to for hu tieu. It's tucked away with a tiny parking lot, but food comes out quick so there's high turnaround - the wait doesn't get long at all. I came here with my boyfriend to have early lunch and I want to say this is probably the best hu tieu place I've ever had . Service was amazing, friendly, and fast. Super cozy inside. They were very attentive to their customer. Would definitely come back !!
