Great spot to grab a bowl of Hu Tieu. They serve it both with soup or soup on the side.

A homey family-run restaurant that does a solid Hu Tieu Mi Trieu Chau. Definitely get it dry with broth on the side if it’s your first time.
They are generous with meats, fried shallots, and crispy pork fat. Chinese donut can be a bit more crispy, but take leftovers home and airfry them! Please come support them - they’re making great food here.
