We arrived and they were already closing at 4:00 p.m. They do not speak English, communication is very difficult.

Good all around bowl of egg/rice noodles. They use pork pone to make a tasty broth. Plenty of meat toppings.

I came here with my boyfriend to have early lunch and I want to say this is probably the best hu tieu place I've ever had . Service was amazing, friendly, and fast. Super cozy inside. They were very attentive to their customer. Would definitely come back !!

I've tried mi trie chau at a few different Vietnamese places in SJ but it was always underwhelming (either too bland or bad quality toppings) but the mi trieu chau here is one of my faves. I ordered the mi trieu chau dac biet to-go for $17.50 and it came with a side of pork bone broth with the large pork bone. I enjoyed both the broth and the the dry noodle dish. The sauce that came with the dry noodles was flavorful and I also liked how the restaurant included a side of chili oil and pickled chilies. In the future though, I would ask for an extra side of pickled chilies because I like eating a lot of those and 1 side of it wasn't enough for me.

First time here, really big portions and really good flavors. Super busy when I got there, it's best to call ahead and order Togo.

Solid hu tiêu noodle place for many years but super dirty! I loves coming here when I am craving for hu tiêu but this place needs an update because it is super dirty inside as well flies are everywhere. It usually busy on weekend afternoon and services are okay. I always get my hu tiêu dry style. The bowl of soup comes with it was good too but too much msg. There was a fly in my bowl noodle when the servers bring out the foods. I am an easy person so it wasn't a big deal with me, it happens in food industry but that was just for me. I did tell the servers at the end and we both laugh at it as it was a usual things. Not usual it the health department! It is good foods, but just needs an remodel on the restaurant!

This is our favorite restaurant for Hu Tieu Mi. We have tried lots of restaurants for this type of noodle but none has come close.

What an AWESOME hole in the wall restaurant!! My dad came here with a friend recently and immediately came back to take the family. Ever since then, it's been our go to for hu tieu. It's tucked away with a tiny parking lot, but food comes out quick so there's high turnaround - the wait doesn't get long at all. It seems they do pretty well for themselves because they are closed on Tuesdays and only open until 4pm other days. Though I prefer my dry noodles elsewhere, the noodle soup here is phenomenal!! There was even a week where I visited twice because the broth is delicious.
