“We always order the regular pulled noodles with option to get as much meat as fits in your palm! Great option for a full meal! Love the broth and noodles, if you need ask to bring your broth hot , because regular temp is always, as you would be eating it right away“

The corn soup was just ok - didn’t have too much flavor. Waitress was friendly and the food came out quickly. Looking forward to coming back to trying other dishes.“

You are greeted warmly upon arrival; the space is neither large nor tiny. It is an open-concept restaurant (you can see the kitchen), and the place is bright and clean.

You order via a QR code, and the food arrives at your table quickly.

The portions are neither too big nor too small; I find them just right—whether you're really hungry or want to take some leftovers home for later.

“It’s been a while since we last came here, and I was honestly surprised to see how empty the restaurant was, especially considering the food is actually pretty decent.
This place specializes in Hu Tieu Nam Vang, and my go-to order is always the Hu Tieu Nam Vang Dac Biet (dry). It’s flavorful, definitely worth trying if you’re a fan of Vietnamese noodle dishes.

“I had never been to a noodle house but my son brought me here. I was pleasantly surprised by his noodle dish. I've never been a at noodle fan but the noodles were so flavorful. I couldn't put my finger on it but it was so good!! Not too spicy, perfect blend of spices. I had the beef chow mein and it was absolutely perfect if you are craving chow mein. We are every last bit of everything.“

“This new spot opened up. It’s located inside a building called the “Culinary Block” inside a large parking lot for take away orders only. Overall, the price is good for the quality and quantity of food. I got the Northwest Lianpi noodles, Xinjiang Rice Noodle With Beef Shank, Meiling Congee, Homemade Yogurt, and Homemade Plum Juice.Liangpi: The noodles were soft and slightly bouncy with a nice chew to them. Very unique texture! It came with three sauces to mix into the noodles so you can adjust the spiciness however you like. The flavor was very balanced and it was easy to finish the whole thing without getting tired of the flavor.Xinjiang Rice Noodle: This dish was very flavorful and a little on the saltier side compared to the other dishes. Nice if you are into something heavier in flavor. It’s not as spicy as it looks and comes with a thick round rice noodle.Meiling Congee: This dish was pretty special, the flavor profile is very subtle but well balanced. I haven’t tried something like this before. It has a tiny hint of sweetness and has a bit of a nutty soymilk flavor and bits of lotus seed inside. Like a dessert porridge. Very tasty!Homemade Yogurt: This yogurt honestly has a phenomenal texture and I would definitely recommend it! It’s almost like a mix between mochi and liquid yogurt in the slightly stretchy texture. The flavor is good too since it’s just a tad sweet and just a tad sour.Plum juice: Slightly sour and sweet juice that is refreshing to go with food and increase appetite.Overall, I would say the food here is pretty good because the owner really pays attention to the quality! The food is well seasoned and balanced. Can’t wait to try the other things on the menu.

My son loved his brined lamb! That might be worth returning for.

Everything was served in less than 15 minutes though it was lunch time. “This is one of my favorite Asian restaurants in the whole Bay Area. The food here is amazing that I always want to come here and stock up since I don't live close. When I moved away, this is one of the foods I missed most. The bao dough is so fluffy and chewy and the filling is amazingly flavorful. The staff is also really kind and gave me a free soy milk with my purchase, and was very friendly in helping me pick out my order.

If you live far away, they also sell on Weee which I love. I think other reviews have mentioned but the store is mainly takeout I think. If I was a college student living nearby I'd probably come here every day haha! It's so convenient.“

“Best value and banh canh in san jose. Those of you who aren’t familiar with this dish, it is a a udon noodle Vietnamese soup. It’s a thicker broth than pho and comes with different meat options , like seafood, pork bones, pork blood etc. I love it with fried fish and pork. “A Canadian company I've been contracting with on a big event in Sunnyvale the past 2 years has held a dinner for all the employees and contractors at XLB Kitchen on one of our last nights together. We reserve the entire outdoor patio seating for our party and are treated to the most wonderful family-style meal! I learned last year to pace myself when they start bringing out the first couple of courses as the portions are huge and you'll want to try everything! Service is top notch, too!
