Special Noodle Soup is a top-notch noodle soup shop that offers an amazing soup broth without any MSG. Customers have praised the chiu chow soup broth, served with ramen and beef tripe, making for an excellent noodle soup experience. The ingredients are very fresh, and the soup broth is so delicious that customers don't want to miss a drop.
In addition to the noodle soup, the restaurant also serves other delectable dishes, including the must-try oyster pancake, Hainan chicken noodle special, and chicken rice plate. The menu is decent in size, allowing customers plenty to explore. Many have recommended this place, even if it means driving 45 minutes for a great bowl of noodle soup.
The restaurant offers other soup bases that customers are eager to try on their next visit. While the fish noodles and squid are delicious, some have noted that the dry-fried beef river was a bit bland. Despite recent concerns about the quality of chicken and the addition of MSG in the soup base, Special Noodle Soup remains a highly recommended destination for those who love homemade-style noodle soup in an authentic Chinese setting.
