Pho Pasteur Reviews
Try three bun rieu and pho. They are very good. They are actually really good. Place is pretty roomy. Parking is excellent. I do recommend this place.
Best southern style Pho in the bay area. The broth is so tasty it needs no additions or garnish. They also offer free tea with a meal which is a nice gesture. Highly recommend.
So glad they’re open early. It’s a perfect spot for a comforting bowl of pho to start the day. The broth is rich and flavorful; you don’t need to add a thing. I also love the complimentary tea and the full set of condiments — even culantro, which is such a nice touch. Simple, delicious, and done right!

Pho Pasteur is a restaurant known for its tender filet mignon slices in their pho. They offer a variety of dishes, including the Bun Cha Ca Thia La, a rice noodle soup with fried fish paste, fresh dill, white fish, and various toppings. The broth is clear yet rich in flavor. Customers praise the pho as amazing, always fresh and of good quality, with some noting it is among the best they have tried, even comparable to pho in Vietnam. The staff are consistently friendly and nice, making customers feel comfortable and appreciated, often not minding how much condiments are used. The atmosphere could be cleaner, but the authentic and delicious flavors make up for it. The restaurant opens early at 6:30am, which is appreciated by many. While some find the food a bit expensive and not highly fancy, the comforting pho and friendly service make it a popular choice for those seeking genuine flavors. Additionally, they accept credit cards for convenience.
