Unlikely to order trays from here again. Despite confirming my 5PM Christmas Eve pickup the day before, my order was forgotten. Arriving at 5:20, the lady at the tray table couldn't find my order, causing delays. When I finally received the trays, their definition of "large" disappointed me as it was shallow and much smaller than anticipated.
