The food is pretty good. I got the Hu Thieu bo vien and the noodles and soup was good. It even came with a bone thingy with meat which was good. The bo Gien was a little chewy and the wait was a little long but the restaurant is new and after a few minor changes and more employees it could be pretty good. The service is also good cause the emplyeee are nice and the place is clean.
This place is literally Nam Vang on Alvin Road but newer and cleaner. Another case of family disputes breaking apart restaurants perhaps? If you don't know what I'm talking about, think TK Noodle vs Tung Kee, Pho Saigon vs Pho Saigon #2, etc hahaha With that said, Nam Vang is my #1 dry noodle spot so I had a great experience here as well. Pretty good Nam Vang/ Cambodian dry hu tieu noodles. Apparently, this is somewhat in relation to Nam Vang on Tully. I remember liking that one more but the cleanliness here helps. It's located inside Grand Century- make a right upon entrance and you should see it.
