N & K Noodle offers pretty good Nam Vang/ Cambodian dry hu tieu noodles, similar to Nam Vang on Tully. The Hu Thieu bo vien and the noodles are tasty, served with a bone thingy with meat. The bo Gien was a bit chewy, but with some adjustments, the place could be great. The service is good, employees are nice, and the restaurant is clean. Located inside Grand Century, it's a new and clean spot that reminds some of Nam Vang on Alvin Road. The dry noodle spot offers a delicious hu tieu nam vang dry style with Chinese donut and meatball, with noodles having a slight al dente texture and rich flavorful broth. With fluffy and crispy donuts, it's a 5/5 experience with two locations to enjoy the same bowl.
