The noodle texture, toppings and the soup on the side was good but the sauce in the noodle dish was very underwhelming. The sauce was just bland in both of the noodle dishes especially the Hu Tieu Nam Vang Chua Cay. I expected the Hu Tieu Nam Vang Chua Cay to be spicy and sour, but there was absolutely no hint of spiciness or sourness anywhere. In fact, it tasted exactly the same as the Hu Tieu Nam Vang Dac Biet. We had to put in lot of the condiments into our noodle dishes in order to have some flavor in them. If they make the sauce more saltier and flavorful, then these noodle dishes would have been a solid meal.

Pretty good Nam Vang/ Cambodian dry hu tieu noodles. Apparently, this is somewhat in relation to Nam Vang on Tully. I remember liking that one more but the cleanliness here helps. It's located inside Grand Century- make a right upon entrance and you should see it.

The food is pretty good. I got the Hu Thieu bo vien and the noodles and soup was good. It even came with a bone thingy with meat which was good. The bo Gien was a little chewy and the wait was a little long but the restaurant is new and after a few minor changes and more employees it could be pretty good. The service is also good cause the emplyeee are nice and the place is clean.

This place is literally Nam Vang on Alvin Road but newer and cleaner. Another case of family disputes breaking apart restaurants perhaps? If you don't know what I'm talking about, think TK Noodle vs Tung Kee, Pho Saigon vs Pho Saigon #2, etc hahaha With that said, Nam Vang is my #1 dry noodle spot so I had a great experience here as well. I also ate Nam Vang a couple weeks before. I observed and tasted no significant differences. I got a hu tieu nam vang dry style with the Chinese donut and meat ball. Noodles have a slight al dente, sauce is delicious. Pork and shrimp were tender (I opt out of the other toppings). Broth is rich in flavor but not heavy. The donuts were fluffy and crispy. All in all, 5/5 and I am happy there's two locations to get the same bowl.

The service is extremely friendly and inviting! The restaurant itself is clean and appealing to the eyes and the smell definitely captivating! The steak was delicious and was perfectly made at a reasonable time and price! I definitely recommend!

Solid place for hu tieu/mi nam vang kho. The sauce is evenly distributed in the noodles already, so you don't have to mix it up and end up with some sections of plain, uncoated noodles. The soup broth on the side is flavored very well and compliments the noodles perfectly. It's also a great dip for the Chinese donuts you order as a side for your noodle bowl. My in-laws have marked this shop as their new go-to for this style of noodles and their best alternative to the Nam Vang on Alvin because the portions are bigger, the space is cleaner, and the staff are nice and accommodating.

My family and I like to eat noodles here, delicious, original taste like in Cambodia. Please be informed that it is the only money.

This place makes such good hu tieu nam vang! A must visit if you are in the area. It tastes just as good as the hu tieu on Alvin, but the place is much cleaner and has a better location.

Just dropped in to see how good this new restaurant is. Noodle bowls were great. Nice, clean and well arranged to make place feel more space compare to previous business. Orderd out some plates. Will definitely be back.

Dry egg noodle seafood has shrimp, imitation crab and squid. Ask for extra sauce. The soup is pretty flavorful. I asked for the large size egg noodle but I guess they didn't have it.

Apparently, this business has the same recipe from the Hu Tieu Nam Vang place located on Alvin. Is this true? I have no idea, lol.Anyways, compared to the place on Alvin, I'll have to admit: this place is much cleaner and brighter than the other location. Located in the strip mall of Grand Century, it's not difficult to find a restaurant to eat in. My partner is a HUGE fan of dry hu tieu nam vang noodles (special Cambodian rice noodles) and he 95% approves of this place! I decided to try the same dish as him (I usually choose wet/with soup) and thought the dish was alright haha. Perhaps I'm used to eating it wet and am not used to the dry concept. The flavors were nice though :) Our waitress was really friendly and we had a nice decent meal on a Wednesday afternoon! The soup wasn't overly salty, and had a nice sweet and umami rich flavor. I liked that my tongue wasn't overly dry from MSG, so I know that they've got their flavors were balanced here at N&K. Although the noodles were a tad dry for my taste, I did enjoy the bountiful amounts of proteins and crispy garlic that was garnished throughout my bowl! The chewiness of the rice noodle also contrasted well with the crispy garlic! For about ~$40, this was not bad at all! We were embarrassed towards the end when the cashier ran after us for extra $$$. My partner was wondering if we gave enough bills (you know it's cash all day with the Asian businesses lol) and lo' and behold, we got the cashier running behind us. Fortunately, we came in on an empty day and did not have any spectators, hahaha.
