Plain sugarcane juice 32 ounce without ice is $5 more than with ice was crazy. But still worth it if you can chill it at home and drink it.
The penny-sized slices of raw sugarcane spinning behind the counter’s glass caught my eye right away, a sugarcane press machine pulls them through for every glass of juice. I ordered the honeydew with boba—the nuoc mia itself came out a crisp, grassy-sweet green, cold and not overly syrupy, with the boba offering a soft, chewy bite.
