Located in Vietnam Town, Enjoy Seoul is in a corner of the left building when you pull into the lot. It isn't the biggest, but definitely clean. My mom and I were seated immediately for an early dinner. We are regulars here as my mom thinks this is her favorite Korean restaurant, and I have to say the soup and the stone bibimbap is also probably the best too. I've come here many times for years and I'll continue to come back. The price has gone up quite a bit over the years (so don't be shocked), but I will say that it is quality food. I'm always here for a kimchi soft tofu soup! You can't beat the sides here.... one of the best banchan spreads you'll receive in San Jose. This is one of my favorite Korean restaurants in the Bay Area. I love how quick the service is, but also the food! There's not many places that sell sushi and Korean food together, but this place does... and you can't go wrong with one or the other, or even both.
