Best value and banh canh in san jose. Those of you who aren’t familiar with this dish, it is a a udon noodle Vietnamese soup. It’s a thicker broth than pho and comes with different meat options , like seafood, pork bones, pork blood etc. I love it with fried fish and pork. I’m salivating just thinking about this even though it’s 100 degrees out.
This is my go to whenever I’m craving a nice hot bowl of banh canh (vietnamese udon). My regular order is banh canh nam pho with chinese donut
