Fiod was excellent at this chicken specialty restaurant.
Tried chicken pho recently, it was flavorful. Hot broth with all chicken extras. The chicken is range so it's similar in Việt Nam for chewy texture. We also had egg roll with shrimp, taro and sweet potato, nice and crisp. My brother didn't like his beef pho, needed flavor and beef pho spices. Too much cinnamon. Service still nice and efficient. It was crowded at lunchtime on a Thursday.
