“This Vietnamese restaurant has been owned by the same family for decades, and it's clear they take pride in their craft. The staff is warm, attentive, and consistently provides great service. Their menu is diverse and full of memorable high-quality dishes; I've been enjoying their pho bo for nearly 2 decades back when this place was across from Santa Row. The restaurant is well-maintained with a beautiful walled zen garden visible from the restaurant interior whose scenery changes with the seasons. Central location, easy parking, tasty food and good quantity for the price - consider my family and I regulars.“

“Vpho is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious pho and more! They recently remodeled, and it looks really nice inside—modern and inviting. One thing that sets Vpho apart is that they don't cram their tables together like some other Asian restaurants, so you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your meal. Plus, there's lots of parking available, which makes getting there easy. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, which adds to the pleasant dining experience. I tried the Chicken Wing with mild spicy sauce, and it was surprisingly good—tender and flavorful. The Beef Bone Pho was outstanding; the meat practically fell off the bone, and the soup was warm and yummy—perfect for a chilly day. Although I didn't try it this time, they have a cocktail menu, which sounds intriguing for my next visit. The restroom is nicely remodeled, but it could be cleaner, which is something they might want to improve. Overall, Vpho gets five stars from me for its delicious food, comfortable atmosphere, and great service. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to!“

French Bread was crispy. the Veggies were plenty, fresh & snappy. And the meat was seasoned perfectly. Nice-sized Sandwich for $8. This is a pick-up and go type of place. It was made to order within 4min. I ate mine in the car. This was my Brunch. This was my first meal of the day, and I feel good about it - cause it's high-protien and has some fresh veggies. “Old school pho, bun, hu tieu, cha gio (sorry no accents). Welcoming place, you are seated quickly and food brought to your satisfaction. The beef pho is a nice broth kind of a mix of Northern and Southern flavors, you can request nuc beo (beef skimmed fat) to add a richer flavor. There are also different beef cuts to choose. We like the egg roll (cha gio) comes with lettuce and mint for a great texture. My sister likes the rice dishes. Parents like the pho brought home to them and will take a couple of days to finish. Service is always kind and efficient.“

“There are enough comments about the quality of the food here (and they are all true) so I’ll focus mine on the service.

When I ate here, a homeless guy walked in and started to cause quite bit of commotion. The store staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally and made patrons feel safe.

Then I accidentally left my credit card there after I paid the cheque only to realize almost two weeks later that I didn’t know where my cc is (got it on apple wallet). I traced my purchases n realized I most likely left it here so I called the restaurant. The staff quickly confirmed and I was able to pick it up the next day. They’ve kept it safe this whole time and I didn’t end up with any weird charges.

Tucked away in an unassuming plaza in San Jose, this place is small but always busy and for good reason.

This no frills spot is basically a grab and go. The service is fast and efficient but don't expect an amazing atmosphere and sit down vibes. This is not what the spot is about.

Their house made tofu is amazing. The silken tofu is sooooo silky. The fried tofu is crispy on the outside and custardy on the inside. Don't forget to grab soy milk, as well.

Got the house special selection large size and it came out really fast. Comes with all the ingredients you would expect from an excellent pho. There were a lot of noodles in there and the broth was super tasty! The beef was also quite enjoyable. I would definitely come back to eat more pho.

I have visited this location twice now. I am very picky with my pho and this has definitely impressed me. The pho is always fresh and is packed with lots of favor, I never have to adjust the flavor. Always perfect the way it comes. Service is great and the staff do check in with you are very polite when recommending new items on the menu. It’s cash only ($21 per order) so come prepared but there is an ATM machine if you forget. Service takes a little while (~20-25 mins) because everything is made to order and there’s only 1 cook. The steak is cooked to your preference and is absolutely scrumptious. The pate and egg are top notch too. Comes with baguette, tea, and a salad as well. Located in a food court with a bunch of other restaurants too!“

It’s located in a small Vietnamese food court and the ladies who took my order were very friendly, despite me not knowing any Vietnamese cause I’m Chinese. Bahn Xeo is #11 on the menu and it arrived on a tray which included a cup of hot tea and a ton of fresh veggies. The fish sauce it came with was a perfect blend of spicy and sweet. I came to Eat More Pho and was honestly blown away by how clean, bright, and welcoming the restaurant was. A lot of pho restaurants can feel a little dated, so I really appreciated how fresh and comfortable this place felt. I would definitely bring friends and family here.

We ordered the short rib pho, combination pho, chicken wings, crispy fried egg rolls, galbi rice, flan, and Vietnamese egg coffee.

My must-orders are the short rib pho with the big bone-in rib, Vietnamese egg coffee, and flan. The egg rolls were also really crispy and delicious, and the galbi rice was another favorite.

I also loved how easy the menu was to choose from. There are plenty of options, but everything feels organized based on what you’re craving.

Overall, this is definitely a place I would come back to. Great food, very clean restaurant, and a comfortable atmosphere. I can see this becoming one of my regular spots in Sunnyvale!“
