Hue Restaurant serves very delicious and authentic Central Vietnamese food.
What we had:
Signature bun bo Hue - I had the bo tai bowl and my friend had the gio heo bowl. The broth was amazing: rich, flavorful, and not too spicy.

Perfect place to introduce authentic Vietnamese street food to someone who is in town. Pretty diverse menu with something for everyone while being fairly priced. This place is one of the few Vietnamese restaurants my family still goes to because of their quality dishes. Service is hit or miss but it’s usually cause they’re pretty busy on the weekends.
