“I stopped by Saratoga Bagels on a Friday morning to grab breakfast to go. I got an everything bagel sandwich with egg, cheese, mushrooms, some sauces, and jalapenos. The bagel was amazing. Very tasty and fresh, and it made for a satisfying breakfast without being overly pricey. The jalapeno was a nice touch and added a lot to it.”

“Sushi heaven does a good job of offering a variety of sushi: sashimi, nigiri, maki, temaki, and tempura, miso and specialty rolls (like California), and the price is right. It's affordable and the quantities are satisfying. If you think of it like a traditional restaurant that you find in Japan - except you sit on chairs at tables instead of on a tatami mat at chabudi (low tables) - then you'll find it satisfying.”

“Hidden gem for this establishment! The food is bomb diggity good. The salsa is really delicious and add it to your food and it will enhance the flavor to the maximum! The enchiladas were very flavorful and I would get it again. The torta was so so good I didn’t mind the burnt ends of the bread. Overall this place food is delicious and I recommend it. Yummy 😋”

“The REAL TESTAMENT to the excellence of the venue, service and quality of the food was the fact that while Hero Ranch is LITERALLY SURROUNDED on all sides by restaurants, yet there was a large crowd of weeknight diners gathered prior to opening time in front of Hero Ranch, while there were few if any customers inside or outside the other restaurants on the street. The service was efficient, friendly and excellent, the food was served hot, cooked fresh and superior to most other meals I've ever had.”

“I cannot say enough about this restaurant! GOGA is the place to go for fresh, healthy, delicious food! Definitely Saratoga’s hidden gem! It is behind the UPS building with plenty of parking. The staff is wonderful, very accommodating & Chef Brads presentation & deliciousness of his fabulous meals is always 5 stars! We will be going back this Sunday for brunch with family from out of town that can’t wait to try it! Go GOGA!!”

“The restaurant has an unobtrusive storefront, and opens at the start of the single seating dinner service. The evening’s guests are comfortably seated in a single row at the counter, where we can see the finishing touches applied to each dish, and the team gives helpful descriptions and background context for the dishes.

This was an exceptional dining experience, each course was prepared thoughtfully with vibrant flavorful ingredients, artfully arranged and appealing to all the senses. Portioning was just right, to where you leave satisfied but not over-full. We tried a couple of the drinks, and the fizzy peach sake cocktail with a hint of shiso was superb. The sake offerings were also very smooth.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone with a hearty appreciation for good food. Conversely, picky or demanding children would be best left at home. I saw the team try to handle such a situation with patience and kindness, but I don’t think either side of that interaction enjoyed it. It should go without saying that an exquisite set menu prepared by a two person team might have room for adjustments if informed in advance, but doesn’t have room to make many changes on the spot for the whims of a demanding child.

This was one of the most delicious and memorable meals I’ve had all year! Also the bathroom was really nice, the toilet has some clearly-labeled bidet and flush controls on the wall by the toilet paper that some guests seemed to have missed entirely.”

“We love the vibe of this place, the food, and every person who works there. Miguel, the owner, is always upbeat and welcoming. We can't say enough about him! His wife Angelica and their son Miguel are both friendly and downright lovely.

The staff, Miguel (one more Miguel!) and Pablo, are always there to fill chips and salsa (which is AMAZING) top off drinks, and run food, which is consistently phenomenal. We appreciate that both of them are always there. There has been little or no turnover at this restaurant since they opened, which is always a good sign. The margaritas are next level and the sangria is fabulous! I don't know why it has taken so long for us to leave a review. We eat at Casa Lupe Real at least once a month and have never been disappointed.

“The cafe next door is our go to matcha spot, and today we decided to stop by this cute little bakery as well. Everything looked amazing, and I especially love Korean pastries due to their unique flavors and light sweetness. The prices are reasonable, staff were very kind and polite, the place itself was clean, and the little notes for each pastry definitely helped. The rice cake was so so good, so was the matcha cookie. I can’t wait to go back!”

“A great find. We’re looking to celebrate a successful day in the office and searched for a place that served cocktails in the neighborhood. Even though Scarlett Cocktail Room and Lounge has currently only five reviews, we decided to check it out and didn’t regret it. Amazingly creative cocktail menu with a mocktail selection and overall great presentation. The place is a bit hidden but has lots of character and the staff is amazing. Definitely a hangout to recommend and spread the word about.”

“As a venue for concerts, it's intimate with good sound and good views. Lots of stairs, inclines, and spread out paths to be mindful of when considering attendance. Food is average although, plated well. Wine is notable. Overall I enjoyed the evening at Mountain Winery.”

“One of the best smash burgers we have had. Enjoyed dinner with Redwood Cafe while at Wilkerson Farms. The gentleman that was cooking knows how to make an excellent burger and frys. “We came in here after dinner because we weren't finished talking. The atmosphere of the bar was very cozy and very welcoming. We looked over the drink menu and my friend got a tipsy wife I got a blue ledger. Both drinks are very nice fragrant definitely worth the price but man when we went for round two and it got my espresso Martini was I blown away. Zach made by espresso martini with fresh espresso and ingredients in my God it was absolutely fantastic. I really appreciated the time it took to make my drink the espresso filled the air and I was absolutely ecstatic when I was delivered my drink. I definitely will be coming back again”

“Their stuff isn’t bad. Their donuts are decent but I’m not really a donut person in general so I don’t know how to judge donuts. Their banana matcha was actually pretty good. I don’t know if I drank it too slow, but towards the end of my drink it kinda had a strange flavor, maybe it got diluted from the ice. Besides that, the drink was good for the most part.

I kept seeing reviews for the popcorn chicken saying it was bad and idk if maybe it depends on who makes it, but I think their popcorn chicken is pretty good. It had the best texture on the inside and it was crispy on the outside. I’ve tried popcorn chicken from several other places before and I think this is one of the best popcorn chickens I’ve had. I just wish they had spicy mayo as a sauce on the side or something. Then it would’ve been perfect 🤤 The popcorn chicken is $9.33 (including tax) which is a bit expensive.

Also last year I tried the hot Cheeto corn dog with just mozzarella on the inside and it was HUGE. I liked it but it made a mess everywhere 😓”

“We had great experience at Florentine Trattoria. I had Crab and Shrimp pasta and it was the most delicious seafood pasta, I have ever had. I asked Alexandro: how your shrimps are so fresh. He smiled and said: Because they are fresh. Also pasta and bread were outstanding! Friendly fast service, good prices, elegant ambiance, delectable food make Florentine Trattoria one of the best restaurants in Bay Area!”

“bell tower cafe has an old school vibe with decent food. the wait staff is friendly and the food arrived to the table quickly. I had pancakes as part of my order and I wish they had a glass container for the syrup... instead I was given a small single serving plastic container. I also was turned off by the extremely cheap silverware.. it was one step up from plastic... amazing how little details can give you such a strong impression about a place. If I had to choose between the bell tower cafe or holders country inn (the one in Saratoga), I would choose holders... simply for the less cheap feeling it brings.”
