Five Guys in San Jose

“You can't go wrong with any Five Guys location. This one is no exception.

The burger was delicious, the fries as well, and of course, there were plenty extra fries in the bag.

Highly recommend ordering your fries with extra salt. Is it good for you? No. Does it taste amazing? Yes.“

“Consistent with other locations of this brand. The counter service was prompt, friendly, and effective. The order was served promptly and correctly. Food was tasty. The dining area had an available table, and was not too loud to enjoy. We expect to return again. The parking lot was full, so we parked across the street and walked.“

“The food was delicious. The staff was probably tired but they didn't even smile and seemed bothered as we were trying to figure out our order and what to add even though we apologized and explained we had never been there before. They weren't helpful and weren't engaging, but like I said. They must have been hot and tired.“

“It's hard to go wrong with any Five Guys location. This one is no exception. The fries were delightfully salty, and there was a few extra in the bag, as you'd expect. The burger was delicious as well, even if it was extremely messy.

My only real complaint was that the service was a bit slow. But that aside, it's a great place to stop and grab a burger.“

“Five Guys used to be a good place for burger and mound of fries. We went to this location after a year of absence.
We ordered two regular burgers and large fries. The burgers were not as good as we remembered. The patties were somewhat dried. The lettuce and tomato are fresh. The bread was on the softer side and not as chewy as before. The quantity of fries we got was significantly less than what we got before.“

“I came here for dinner 08/22/26. The cashier named Victor was very welcoming and has one of the most exceptional customer service I've ever seen. I wish it was like this everywhere. The rest of the staff was just as great. Food quality was great and they offered a variety of add-ons. Unfortunately, like all fast food restaurants nowadays, the only drawback is the price (which is why I gave it 4 stars), but I'll definitely be back!“

“I’ve been eating at various 5 guys for years. I stopped by this location while visiting family in the area. When I ordered my lettuce wrap burger the guy at the register clarified by asking if it was a preference choice or allergy. Then asked if I wanted my orders in separate bags since I had a bun with my husband’s order. I’ve never had anyone ask or treat my gluten intolerance with such respect. Major props to this location, their training and the politeness of this gentleman.

And the seasonings on their Cajun fries was perfect!!! Many other places skimp out and it’s disappointing, but not here.“

“5/5 Stars – Incredible team handling a massive rush!
I stopped by on the evening of September 19th around 7:45 PM to take advantage of the BOGO promo. The line was out the door and the place was packed, but the crew handled the rush like absolute pros.
A special shout-out to the two girls working the ticket counter where the tickets came out. When I asked about the wait time, they were incredibly warm and polite, letting me know right away it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. Even with a massive crowd and constant pressure, they kept smiling and made every customer feel welcome.
Huge props to the entire team working that shift—from the front counter to the grill. We all know how chaotic busy promo nights can be, but the service was fast, friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Outstanding work!“
