“Not gonna lie: I love McDonalds. They have researched the correct ingredients, temperature, texture, size, and color for each product. They sell the same thing at every McDonald’s. It always tastes the same and I’m always happy I went there. Ba da da da da.“

“As a frequent customer at this MCDO location, I can 100% confirm that the service they provide is beyond my expectations.

When I do get a bit busy, I usually order online so I can pick up my order. The speed that they make my order is so fast.

By the time I reach the counter, it's hot and ready for my eager consumption.

The Staff is Friendly and Helpful that I'm happy to order from here anytime.

“This location is awesome! I know my order was difficult but every person made sure it was correct. With happy smiles on their face. The managers destiny, annabelle, and jose are doing a great job training. The new staff nicholas and the 3 in the drive thru were so polite and sweet. Hand down this is the only McDonald's I will go to from now on. You guys are doing a great job.“

“Of all the McDonald's I've been to in 8 different states over the last 30 years, this place holds its place among the top ones: Professional, caring servers always were friendly and positive when delivering the order to the table, the place was kept clean, and updated signs, promos, and seasonal displays, the parking was very good, and the neighborhood was good as well (Just be flexible if you go right at 6AM and only the drive-thru is available.)“

“I ordered a sausage mc muffin w/hash browns and coffee as their kiosk machine and then I had to go to the cashier line to pay for the meal with cash because I didn't have my debit card at the time. There were 3 people ahead of me so I waited about 10 minutes til it was my turn... I paid for my meal and waited for my number to be called which took another 10 min... Lesson from this: don't forget your debit card... Oh the food was good!!!“

I visited the one off McKee tonight in SJ and had the best meal Ive ever had at a McDs My Dbl Quarter Pouder was so hot and fresh My fries were perfectly salted and freshly prepared My Lemonade/Sweet Tea was refreshing and my Apple Pie was still hot when I ate it at the end of my meal The staff was friendly and ensured I had the correct order with extra ketchup Drive by all the other McDs to get to this one ASAP ♡♡♡“

“This is the best McDonald's in San Jose so far. The manager is super nice and friendly. Great service. (She in 2nd picture)
Also a tall Mexican ladie was helpful, she was helping a older gentlemen to use Kiosk Machine.
The venue is clean, the menu on the wall is very useful not like other McDonald's. Food was much better than Berryessa Road McDonald, Landess ave McDonald. This location is very nice 👍🏼“

“Please keep the fried apple pie forever I’ve never tried it but do not sleep on them. They are 1000x better than the regular baked apple pies. But in a few weeks they may be gone forever. They are worth trying if you never have had one before. Why did McDonald’s change the fried apple pies to the baked ones in the first place?“

“When I stepped into McDonald's for the first time in the United States, I naturally felt a familiar, warm and friendly feeling.
I ordered ice cream out of habit, but it didn't seem as rich as in China. It only costs US$4.00 per ice cream, which is way too high, but it doesn't charge a tip and provides seats and a bright, spacious and comfortable environment. It's still worth it.“

“I have to admit I've never given any restaurant 5 stars. However this one definitely deserves it. They are incredibly kind always ready to help their food is spot on and although they don't have a drive-thru they do have a drive up and you can order from your phone and they will bring it to your car. And I must say, if somebody with a broken bladder LOL I have always been very kind to give me the code for the restroom even though they weren't sure whether I was going to be a customer or not. I give these people major props! And I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks McDonald's!!“

“Bruh this spot really passed the vibe check 😂🔥 From the second I walked in, it felt clean, friendly, and just good all around. Staff was cool, service was smooth, and nothing felt awkward or rushed. I was in and out pretty quickly and the lady that helped me was nice. I’d come here again.

By the way, while I was waiting I did notice that the place appeared to be clean and kept up.“

“No matter what nonsense you write here, this place is always open, even on Christmas, any other holidays, or weekends. These guys are open and always happy to welcome poor students who just want to fill their bellies with food for $10-15, which is unrealistic in other places these days(for me).“

“Easy peasy. Pulled through the drive-thru for a quick order for myself and a few family members, and it all came together smoothly.

McD’s does what it does best—reliable, quick, and consistent. The breakfast items felt fresh and still hold up as a solid value, which isn’t always easy to find these days.

“Needed to eat so I placed a drive through order and started chowing in the parking lot, I was in a rush. I had no idea I was missing an item from my order until a staff member came out and brought it to my car unprompted. I was across the parking lot and everything, it was very kind.“

“Sometimes I called this the fancy McDonald's because it has an outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is where the playland used to be, but if I recall correctly during the pandemic, they tore out the playland and just put some tables there for outdoor seating. Unfortunately, they also took out the self service, drink machines, and left an awkward table in its place. Apart from that, this is a normal McDonald's and you know exactly what you're going to get when you walk in the door. Sometimes there are strange delays and getting the food but most of the time it's what one would expect. I usually order using the app to try to make things as sufficient for myself as possible. I see that there has been a sign outside for about a year now saying that they want to tear this McDonald's down and replace it with a double lane drive-through. That seems like a bad idea to me because this is a very busy intersection and a double lane drive-through and what is a fairly small lot is going to be a lot of vehicle traffic.“

“I went to Eastridge to go shop. McDonald's was in the food court. I just love their hamburgers ? and French fries ? they are so delicious ?. I just love that they have a glass covering between us and them. The mall is so clean and they sanitized it after you finish eating. That really makes me feel good. My name is MARY.“

This place must have gotten a fresh remodel. It has two kiosks and one cashier to take your order. Using kiosks was fairly intuitive. Two employees that I can see seemed friendly. It's a much improvement over the surly employee I had enjoyed in the past.“

Lots of unending bart construction, but an entrance/exit on Capitol about 800 feet in, past AutoZone, and one on Story, gives the average driver time to get at least one, but be in the right lane at the right time, on the right side of the road! Average driver, yes, Average McDonald's customer, probably not, thus the second try.
Again, if you don't like McDonald's, go somewhere else. Like to Super Taqueria, at story and white, on the left corner (headed to the hills)... Using N W S E Is all good, but why? People just get mad. They are across from Burger King, and the 76 station.“

“I was craving a big breakfast which I haven't had in quite a while. After a 2 blunt wake and bake I found myself at this particular Mickey D's and ordered my big breakfast with 2 sausage mcmuffies on the side. I get my order and park it. Everything was as I expected hot and fresh. Imagine my absolute delight to find a extra hash brown in my bag. Yes a free hash brown in my bag! I tore it up and went back to bed when I got home. “Berta was so understanding and extremely friendly to me while I was going through an extremely trying time and had messed up my order (drive thru vs inside, which wasn’t even open to the public at this late hour - 10:30 is when I finally was leaving). Got my food, and a hug, even though I felt so awful causing an issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! You are a shining, bright light in an awful and cloudy storm. They do everything well and know how.to package their Togo orders so that everything stays crispy and hot
