Well done or extra crispy Mc Donald's are the only I often craving for and only come to MD for it. And I always NICELY and CLEARLY repeated 1 time before paying that PLEASE make it well done, and I can wait some extra time for it.
The cashier said yes yes but the fries come out normal. White & hot & freshly cook but not well done or cooked extra time for crispier in texture or more goldenin color.

I’am so tired of ordering a Oreo McFlurry and it not be blended the proper way..all I get is a sprinkle of Oreos on top and that’s it. It don’t take more than 15 seconds to add the Oreos and blend them with the ice cream …smh do better in these little things McDonald’s
Go to this place to get coffee when I'm headed North of San Jose, mainly Santa Clara, Palo Alto and San Mateo. It's by Highway 101, so it's well positioned in the morning for my afternoon chores ! Drive thru staff is friendly and very fast !
