They brought me the order and the nuggets were definitely old brought them back in to get some fresh nuggets. And the other ones were definitely old. It's one o'clock in the afternoon. I will not be back.

Came here in the evening after work by myself because I was in a time crunch. This was going to be my first meal of the day. I pulled into the drive thru line. They had two lanes opened and no cars in any of the lanes. I pulled into one lane and the lady asked if I was going to use the mobile app and I said no. She didn't say anything after and I try to order but I don't hear a response. I'm sitting there waiting and I hear her help a car that just pulled up next to me in the other lane and I'm just sitting there thinking to myself like she's really just going to skip me. So as I'm waiting for her to help me next, I notice that she is helping another car in the other lane and skipped me again. The car behind me in my lane even noticed that they skipped me and was going to move into the other lane but finally a different lady was able to take my order. The service here is terrible. I don't understand what kind of customer service they have where they attempt to take your order, stop, and decide to skip you two times. I was already having a bad day and this was just the cherry on top.

My daughter is collecting the Disney 100 toys the guy at the first window had what we were looking for so we asked if we can trade the toy since in our happy meal we already have that toy. Once we got to the second window the manager working the evening shift started to give us attitude saying "you can't switch the toy" we informed her that we were able to do it yesterday she then said "tell me when you did this so I can fined out who did that for you and tell them we can't do this" a simple no sorry we cannot do this would have been fine the attitude was completely unnecessary. Plus you are in a customer service industry. Speak to your customers with a little respect especially when we in no way gave you disrespect. If I could I would give this place 0 star.

This place is horrible the staff is ridiculous. I went in for a order and they purposely messed up my order, i came back and they messed up again and charged me and still messed up my order to the point where I didn't even wanna go back. Why give fast food workers a raise when they got attitude and arent doing their job right.

3 rd time I've gone order a frozen coke. All ways some thing from drink lagging syrup, ordering then being told machine is out I prefer my money back got attitude from manager and now my frozen coke is half liquid half ice 5 minutes after I received food. This is sad this mc Donald has been my mcds since 97 the decline in quality is so sad.

Check your orders before you leave because they have been shorting orders lately. Came home and found 30 nuggets instead of the quarter pounder with Jalapeños and a fish sandwich. When they made the new QP check out the pic, sloppy, was it on purpose? Maybe.
