“This location on Stevens Creek in Saratoga has been remodeled in the last year or two, so it's pretty nice, clean, modern and overall has a good vibe. Had a very difficult time using the flat panel display to order our lunch, I kept going blank I'd have to tap it to bring it back to life, it was a little confusing and not super intuitive. Unfortunately something about the double quarter pounder didn't sit right and I had a uncomfortable afternoon digesting it, I'm not sure why but every time I eat at McDonald's I just don't feel good, I'd like to say that I enjoyed eating a McDonald's unfortunately I don't. Took my mom here because that's where she wanted to go so I had no choice but McDonald's would not be my restaurant of choice.Parking: Plenty of open free parking, nice close walk to the restaurant, easy to get in and out of, parking lots like this make going to restaurants fast and simple.Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to whisk my mom in a wheelchair, push her up to a table that worked for her ergonomically and she was extremely happy.“

“I wanted to say thank you to Eriana. I walked through the door and hear some lady yelling at the people behind the counter. She was upset about waiting for her order. Eriana a McDonald’s worker who was sitting down on her lunch break. Asked to see her receipt and she just raddled off something in Spanish about her order to her coworkers. Five minutes later the woman walked out happy with her order. She really stepped up to stop a conflict. If she’s not already a manager she should be.“
