“I just want to say: I wish I knew his name, but unfortunately I will have to say race. To the young Asian guy who is often there taking orders. I have been going here my whole life. Never has anyone had such great customer service as you do. BUT one day in particular stands out and I cant let it go! You told me that you were admiring my license plate and asked if it was for my late father....you then wished him a Happy Father's day. You....honestly made my day. You have amazing customer service and to make that personal connection....you almost brought tears to my eyes. In a positive way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for that experience. I hope your management acknowledges you as well deserved! You are truly wonderful and it is always a great experience when you are there. One day I will make sure to ask your name and thank you again!“
