“The area is okay. It's just a lot of less fortunate people hanging around the area. But I do understand because of the times we're living in and we need to be able to just try to help one another. So I try to do what I can every time if I'm around in that area to try to be a blessing. Other than that, the service is okay. Parking is good too“

“Actually we used drive thru... ordered a chicken sandwich no lettuce 😒 extra mayo. The people at each window were nice with their smiley faces and my sandwich wasn't thrown together, wrapped up tight and neat 👍and warn . I so appreciate their effort“

“the service in general is great, the employees seems that they try to do their best in serving you (which they did to me so I thank that) only thing to expect is some pricing up charge for the meals and some items as the ice cream come but nothing too crazy for todays prices for a small restaurant inside a walmart it’s a good option“

“The McDonald’s in San Leandro is definitely a standout for the area. It gets very busy—especially before dinner time, but honestly, it’s packed almost any time of day. That said, the customer service is impressive. The staff does a great job keeping the line moving and making sure everyone is taken care of.

We ordered a Happy Meal and asked about specific toys, and the employee was super patient and helpful. Even with the rush, they made sure we got what we needed. The drive-thru can be a bit hectic, so just be patient—but overall, great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“All I gotta say is the younger guy Luis with the glasses and short curly hair has 100% customer service, went there today with a long line and was short one of my drinks, usually the rude girl there gives attitude and says you gotta go around and wait again. Left happy as hell that I got my drinks and customer service!“
