“Well, it's McDonald's.... This is probably the best managed McDonald's in the Oakland/Berkeley area. Generally cleaner and it's fast, like the old days and UNlike most others within a reasonable distance. Additionally, friendly staff that deserve recognition considering corporate McDonald's has screwed up their entire system to such a degree that it's more often better to skip the hassle and long waits.This McDonald's is different and brings back memories when fast food wasn't slow.However, it kinda sucks to rate a restaurant high for actually meeting expectations, which in the service business should be the rule, not the exception.“
