McDonald's in Vallejo

“I came here during my lunch after having a really stressful day at work and honestly just needed a small win. I was using my rewards for a McChicken and didn’t plan on spending extra, but decided to treat myself to a blue raspberry frosty.

I asked Elena at the window if I could order it there instead of going back through the line, and she didn’t hesitate at all. She helped me right away, was super kind, and didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying or inconvenient.

That small moment of kindness genuinely meant so much to me. Elena, thank you for being so sweet—you turned my whole mood around.“

“I'm giving this location 5 stars because of the drive through rep Eric. He was super friendly and personable. When I asked how his day was, he asked how mine was and gave me some positive words for my upcoming interview. It's rare to find positive young workers who engage in a positive conversation these days. Even briefly. Keep up the great work Eric!

“Teresa is a person with service attitude and professionalism, always smiling, attentive and smart, I started going there and since the first time she remembered what i wanted and had my order ready in a snap.unfortunately I can’t say the same for the other girl, I think her name is Claudia, she shouldn’t be attending the public, she is very rude, forgetful, you order one thing she gives you something else,Plain and simple, she doesn’t belong in customer service at all“

“Food is good, consistent; but, what time does the break window start for the transition from dinner to breakfast. It says they serve dinner till 3:45a on app but I get to the window and they answer saying they’re closed (however my order went through). Very irritating..“

“I know it's just McDonald's and I don't typically eat McDonald's often. I came on a Thursday after a funeral Mainly for my kids..... This is the freshest hottest McDonald's I've ever had. I don't live in Vallejo so I'm not sure about the consistency however my experience was great. This is how McDonald's food should always taste nearly scorching hot and fresh!“

“I was actually on my way to the car wash right down the street and I had a really bad Charlie horse in my in my inner upper thigh and I knew that I needed pickle juice so I stopped at McDonald's around 12:15 12:30 I guess ordered a cheeseburger I went to the window quick and I told him what I needed he caught on right away and he gave me a bunch of pickles there was even some juice with it and he catch me out right away and I came to parking spot in alleviated my pain as it were I just wanted to thank him so much it was looking at me like what's wrong with this guy cuz it was extremely painful if anybody's wondering I get them from taking water pills and I also get them from the fence that I have end stage liver disease. Well anyway I don't recall his name I was too much in pain to even look or ask but I just want to thank him if he remembers the guy about the pickles. Pickles are also recommended take along With The villages in most medical books“
