“If you have the chance to eat here, DO IT! Wish I could give it extra stars!! Amazing, delicious, authentic food. Super sweet mom running it with her two kiddos there. We came with our two year old so it was really nice to be in a kid friendly place. She made sure to bring out his food and drink as quick as possible to keep him happy which we massively appreciate 🙌 She said there was going to be a little wait, except the food came out faster than anywhere else we’ve eaten in town haha. We got the chicken wings, grilled pork bahn mi, pho, coconut prawns, a strawberry smoothie and a coconut smoothie. Everything was delicious, especially the wings. We unfortunately live in Calistoga so we can’t be regulars here but if we could, we would! Support your local restaurants working hard over greedy corporations any day!”

“Best pho in town. The food hits every time! Everything’s always cooked fresh, and full of flavor. I highly recommend grabbing their Thai tea, they make it bold, sweet and creamy ! And lastly the workers are so sweet ! Their customer service is amazing and they treat their customers so nicely. I highly recommend this place 10/10!!!”

“My family and I had Bula Pies on Springs Rd. by 7/11 for the first time this evening and it was delicious! We had the Thanksgiving Pie and the banana pudding and both were so good! Al principio ellos ponen chips crujientes frescos y salsa en tu mesa y tienen una barra de diferentes salsas las cuales puedes disfrutar con tus chips, el ambiente te hace sentir como en casa ellos son muy amables y al final te llevan unos ricos churros con crema de cortesía. “My friend had been telling me about this place for months, and I finally went. It's as great as she said! The coffee (well, I had a Chai) was delicious and so were the pastries. They also sell a small variety of items - prepared grab and go food & drinks, jams, and more! The vibe is awesome. It's cute inside & out, with lovely outdoor space on the front patio or back. It reminds me of the coffee houses in Portland (houses w/ tables set up in different rooms).
To top off how great they are on a normal day, when I absentmindedly left my purse just before they closed, they called back to confirm it was there & safely held on to it until my friend could pick it up for me the next morning.”

This was the first cake I ever had made by Tony, and it exceeded my expectations. The cake tastes as good as it looks. Upon tasting my first bite I was immediately transported back in time to my childhood remembering the rich unique textures and flavors of a cake from long ago. The entire process of ordering the cake, submitting payment, and picking up the finished product went so smoothly. I simply sent Tony a picture of what I wanted, which was a random image my brother had text to me of a Loki Gator. Tony made fantasy a reality. Tony's Cakes has become our household standard. I will be returning for more "GLORIOUS" cakes as Loki would say! ***Anybody leaving negative reviews about Tony's Cakes probably didn't want to pay, failed to follow the clear instructions on the website contract, or is looking for someone to blame for their errors. Tony did everything his website and contract said he would do. When I arrived at the store all the staff made sure all of my needs were met while I was there, and Tony helped me figure out my Zelle payment, even more he helped us get the cake in the car all by himself. He really didn't have to do any of those things but he did. My only regret is that I should have thanked him more than I did in person, because I was distracted with getting the cake home safe. Dreams do come true at Tony's Cakes! If he did it for my family he can do it for yours too!”

I walked in mistaking it for Vallejo Brewing Company right after they closed for the night, but the menu was so enticing I had to come back during business hours!

The red beans and rice with Cajun shrimp is an INSTANT comfort food go-to, and not to start drama, but a certain barbecue place on the block could learn a thing or two about making amazing cornbread from this chef! The perfect, fresh baked, sweet and buttery portion of cornbread I've had since my mom's recipe.

The $7 cocktail special was also amazing, not too powerful but not so watered down you couldn't feel it!

The gal working the counter was sweet as can be both times I've been in as well.

I went for the garlic spicy wings, all flats, which is a bold move, and they absolutely delivered. Crispy, flavorful, and that chili oil on the table? Incredible. I even asked if I could buy some. Not for sale, but they surprised me with a little ramekin to take home, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also had the pot stickers and Kung Pao chicken, and both were packed with flavor. Honestly, for a place called Three Star, I'd give it four and a half. Great food, even better people, and I'll definitely be back.”

“I spontaneously pulled into this place after driving by their sign and I’m so glad I did. Really great burrito. They make it to order and I waited for what felt like less than 2 minutes. Me and wify got the chicken tacos and they were amazing. Kids had the wings and fries. Kids say that wings were in hit but fries were not all that. The wait was about 15-20 mins. As for atmosphere the truck is parked on the lot of a use tire shop. Plenty of parking.”

The last 3x I've visited this specific location there has always been a discrepancy with my order. Not a completely wrong order, it's usually minor mistakes; waffle fries instead of yogurt fruit cup, or pickles vs NO pickles. But they've always corrected it expeditiously & with genuine apologies. I will continue to patron this establishment, but unfortunately will always feel the need to inspect my order before driving away. Plus, I'm not a fan of how they have laid out the drive thru lanes.
Overall:
My advise for the management, please have employees double check orders & specifics, prior to handing it to the customer. This in the long run will save $ & time overall.”

If I can find a place to park my truck and trailer legally, I’ll stop in for breakfast.”

However I did end up waiting about 35-40 mins. Order ahead of time if you're in a rush. I noticed other people were waiting a while for their food as well. There was only one person taking orders and delivering food. They are family owned and ran. I hope they can hire more people to make it run more efficiently.I do like how they have tofu bahn mi as an option! Most bahn mi places don't offer that.The seats seem scattered. However there is various options for seating which is good for large groups. I would come back, but probably order ahead of time!”

“If you are looking for authentic halo-halo, this is not it. If you’re looking for an interpretation, then this is a very good one. The upside down part is just the ube part. I believe they use a mix of ube and taro though as it has a particular floral taste to it that you get from taro— also not from other ingredients. You get a vanilla ice cream on top and a flan for taste and looks. As far as the bottom, (not truly upside down) there were a variety of jellies. Coconut jelly, some boba, and got a very tiny piece of jackfruit. No bananas or beans. Could use a bit more ice. But it does have cereal. I think it’s supposed to give an added crisp like pinipig, except they use something along the lines of Frosted Flakes. I was hesitant as someone said in a previous comment that it had no reason or rhyme, but in a different perspective it actually goes with the “sabaw.” Honestly, it’s a tasty interpretation of halo halo and it’s appreciated. I’d definitely give it an 8/10.
Do expect to wait a while though as they are understaffed on a weekend.”

“Let me start off by saying I was in the area of Vallejo, which I am all the time. Decided to eat at this place for the first time. Pleasantly surprised one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. I ordered the double smash, classic and cheese fries. Proportions were very good and I personally cook smash burgers and they are hard to be topped and these are right in line. Pricing on these was very fair. Burger plus cheese, fries and medium drink 20 bucks. Not sure where you can eat and get quality like this anymore.”
